Then simulate the same or similar conditions and environment in which the problem occurred in the customer's vehicle. It matters little by what name superiors are known in an institute (“Guardian”, “Servant”, “Prioress”, etc.). What counts most is the formal description of the office. Canon 617 opens the door to the preparation of an administrative directory for each institute, wherein policies would be outlined and internal procedures spelled out. This can be a very helpful and important instrument for new superiors, provided it is followed. Most importantly, it can help avoid the arbitrary, which is the worst form of dictatorship.
