My professional view is that the Turkish banking system is among the most stable and best positioned in emerging Europe and continues to play out, with the financial sector demonstrating resilience thus far through the global recession, even as Turkish real GDP contracted by 13.8% y/y in 1Q09. I will try and highlight my 5 major reasons to continue liking the Turkish banking system: 1) a strong capital base; 2) no major maturity or currency mismatches; 3) diversified assets; 4) ownership diversification; and 5) favorable interest rate dynamics through medium term
Without going 'over the top', the system has not been completely immune to the effects of the recession. As expected, loan growth has fallen markedly, from above 30.0% y/y during the peak of the current economic cycle in 2007-2008, to 4.8% for lira-denominated credit according to latest data for June. Moreover, FX-denominated loans have also begun contracting in y/y terms, falling by 5.5% and 6.4%, in May and June, respectively. The weak demand for new credit has certainly been the underlying driver of the negative trend in loan growth, but I also highlight the steady deterioration of asset quality as another major factor. Rising unemployment, and deteriorating demand, trade and production conditions across the 'real' sector has significantly elevated past due loan rates, with the ratio rising from a record low of 3.7% in April 2008, to 6.1% in June. Going forward, with the macroeconomic environment expected to remain weak through 2H09, I believe the proportion of late loans is likely to rise much further, with easy potential to increase back in to the double digits. Amid these conditions, I also expect aggregate loan growth to fall into negative territory through both Q3 and Q4.

Türk bankacılık sistemini sevmeye devam etmemin 5 ana sebebini belirtmeye çalışacağım: 1)güçlü bir sermaye tabanı, 2)önemli seviyede para birimi uyuşmazlığı ve vade uyuşmazlığı olmaması 3) çeşitlendirilmiş varlıklar; 4) sermaye çeşitlendirme ve 5) orta vadede olumlu faiz oranı dinamikleri.
Sistem durgunluğun etkilerine karşı tamamen bağışıklık kazanmış değildi. Tahmin edildiği gibi, kredi büyümesi 2007-2008 cari ekonomik dönemin zirvesinde yıllık bazda %30,0’ın üzerindeyken, haziran ayı verilerine göre liraya bağlı krediler için %4,8’e düştü ayrıca, dövize bağlı krediler de yıllık bazda küçülerek, Mayıs ve Haziran aylarında sırasıyla %5,5’e ve %6,4’e düştü. Yeni kredilere olan zayıf talep, kredi büyümesindeki eksi trendin ana sebebidir. Ancak aktif kalitesindeki sürekli düşüşün de bir diğer önemli faktör olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Yükselen işsizlik ve reel sektörde gerileyen talep, ticaret ve üretim şartları, vadesi geçmiş kredi oranlarında ciddi bir artışa neden oldu. Vadesi geçmiş kredi oranı Nisan 2008’deki %3.7l’lik en düşük seviyeden, Haziran ayında %6,1 seviyesine yükseldi. Ayrıca, 2009’un ikinci yarısında zayıf görünümünü sürdürecek olan makroekonomik çevre dikkate alınırsa, vadesi geçen kredilerin sayısının daha da artarak, tekrar iki haneli olma ihtimali yüksek görünüyor. Bu şartlar içinde, toplam kredi büyümesinin de üçüncü ve dördüncü çeyrekte eksiye düşmesini bekliyorum.

3.2. Bogie Frame
The bogie frame consists of fabricated with steel plate with two side frame, two tubular transoms and two end beams. The configuration of welding area has smooth shape; therefore the problems associated with local stress concentration due to the sharp welding joint shape can be avoided. After fabricating, the bogie frame is heat treated for removing the residual stress. After heat treatment, Bogie Frame shall be machined for parts to be installed.
The strength of the bogie frame is validated by the finite element analysis, proof and fatigue testing on a rig in accordance with UIC 615-4.
The overall frame configuration is designed to permit good load transfer throughout the bogie frame. The center part of the side frame provides the mounting support for the air spring assemblies. The transom constituting the center section of the frame has mounting supports for the traction motor, the driving gear unit, the friction brake system and the single link type traction rod for the center pivot device. When vehicle is lifted, four stoppers on the bogie side frame allow the wheelset to be safely lifted.
