My key skills are translating, editing, proofreading and communications. I hold a BA (Honours) in Translation, a Post graduate Diploma in International Studies and a BA in English and French.
I am a native speaker of the Sesotho language, a permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa. Apart from speaking Sesotho in my everyday surroundings, I studied the language at Primary and High School level, as well as part of my Honours in Translation studies.
In the past 13 years that I have been translating on a freelance basis, I have translated texts ranging from subjects as wide as Primary School Outcome Based Education, children's strories and poems, retirement fund newsletters, fashion articles, retail terms and conditions, healthcare documents and many more.
My passion for translation stems from my passion for literature and the arts.
