Each individual receiving services from Four County Counseling Center has certain rights which the staff pledge to respect. These rights insure that each individual shall have impartial access to vocational services, regardless of race, religion, sex, ethnicity, or age. If at a future date, an individual decides to receive treatment from 4CCC, an additional statement of client’s rights shall be discussed and explained. For individuals receiving vocational services, 4CCC further pledges that the personal dignity of each person shall be recognized and respected in the provision of all care and services. In addition, each person shall receive individualized services, which shall include at least the following:
1. The provision of adequate and humane service, protected from harm, abuse and neglect, regardless of the source(s) of financial support.
2. The provision of services within the least intrusive modality possible.
3. The provision of an individual service plan.
4. The active participation of individuals over 12 years of age and their responsible parents, relatives, or guardians in planning for services.
5. The provision of an adequate number of competent, qualified and experienced staff to supervise and implement the service plan.

Estos derechos aseguran a cada uno de ellos el individual será tener imparcial acceso a servicios vocacional, a pesar de todo de raza, religión, sexo, étnico, o edad. Si en la fecha del futuro un individual decide a recibir tratamiento de 4CCC, la declaración adicional de los clientes derechos será ser discutidos y explicados.
