4.3 Aufbau des Sechsrings durch Tandem-Michaeladdition-Esterkondensation
In einer weiteren Alternative wurde versucht das 4-Ethosxycarbonylamino-2-pyrrolidon direkt mit Acrylsäureester umzusetzen. In dieser Reaktion sollte sich der Sechsring im Idealfäll in einem Schritt aufbauen lassen. Die Umsetzung des Pyrolidons verlief sehr schleppend und es wurde nur ein kleiner Teil Edukt umgesetzt. Aus der Reaktionsmischung wurde ein etwas unpolareres Produkt isoliert, dessen Struktur durch Anwendung verschiedener NMR-Techniken aufgeklärt warden konnte.
Demzufolge muss folgende Reaktionskaskade stattgefunden haben. Das Pyrrolidin RUX 241 wurde mit Hilfe des anwesenden NaH deprotoniert und der Ethoxycarbonylaminorest in Form des Carbaminsäureesters eleminiert. Das entstehende ungesättigte Laktam wurde in γ-Position wiederum deprotoniert und addierte sich zweimal an jeweils ein Molekül Acrylsäureester. Die hohe Menge an Base ermöglicht es, dass die beiden Ester unter Esterkondensation einen spiroannelierten Sechsring bildeten. Auf der Stufe des deprotonierten ß-Ketoesters bricht die Kaskade ab. | Translation - English
4.3 Setting up of the six rings through Tandem-Michaeladdition estercondensation
It was attempted to convert the 4-ethoxycarbonylamino-2-pyrrolidone with acrylic acid ester in a further alternative. In this reaction the six rings should be built as one step in the ideal case. The conversion of pyrrolidone ran very slowly and only a little part of reactant was converted. From the reaction mixture a somewhat covalent product was isolated, which structure could be clarified through implementation of different NMR techniques.
As a result the following reaction cascade should have taken place. The pyrrolidine RUX 241 was deprotonated with help of present NaH and the ethoxycarbonyl amino group was eliminated in the form of carbamic acid ester. The produced unsaturated lactam was again deprotonated in the γ-position and added together two times each with a molecule of acrylic acid ester. The high mass at the base allows both esters to build the spiro compound six rings under estercondensation. GEHEIMHALTUNGS-VEREINBARUNG
1. Der Informationsempfänger verpflichtet sich, die Tatsache der Informationsübermittlung selbst sowie die ihm von XXX übermittelten Informationen, d.h. Zeichnungen, Skizzen, sonstige technische Unterlagen und Muster sowie alle – in welcher Form auch immer – erhaltenen sonstigen geschäftlichen und technischen Informationen und Erfahrungen sowie Problemstellungen und/oder Problemlösungen und sich daraus ergebende Erkenntnisse, geheim zu halten und in keiner Weise zu verwerten. Die überlassenen Informationen bleiben ausschließliches Eigentum von XXX einschließlich des Rechts zur Hinterlegung von Schutzrechtsanmeldungen im In- und Ausland.
2. Die vorstehenden Verpflichtungen gelten nicht für Informationen, die dem Informationsempfänger von dritter Seite rechtmäßig bekannt oder verfügbar gemacht worden sind oder werden bzw. über die er selbst bereits außerhalb der erwogenen Zusammenarbeit verfügt hat bzw. die ohnehin nachweisbar freier Kenntnisstand sind oder werden. Der Informationsempfänger hat hierfür den Nachweis zu erbringen.
3. Der Informationsempfänger wird die Informationen nur solchen Mitarbeitern zugänglich machen, die sie für die Zwecke dieser Vereinbarung benötigen und diese auf die Geheimhaltung hinweisen und entsprechend verpflichten.
4. Ein über den Inhalt der Informationsübermittlung einschließlich der überlassenen Unterlagen und Muster zu erstellendes Protokoll (Anlage zu dieser Vereinbarung) ist von den beteiligten Gesprächsteilnehmern beider Parteien zu unterzeichnen. Auch ohne Protokoll bleibt diese Vereinbarung im Übrigen wirksam.
5. Stellt zumindest eine der Parteien fest, dass eine Zusammenarbeit – aus welchen Gründen auch immer – nicht stattfinden wird, wird der Informationsempfänger die ihm von XXX überlassenen Unterlagen und Muster unverzüglich zurückgeben mit der Bestätigung, keine Kopien oder sonstige Unterlagen gefertigt und/oder zurückbehalten zu haben.
6. Eine in Aussicht genommene Zusammenarbeit ist durch einen gesonderten Vertrag zu regeln, der ab dessen Unterzeichnung die vorliegende Vereinbarung ergänzt beziehungsweise ersetzt.
7. Diese Vereinbarung tritt in Kraft mit der Unterzeichnung durch beide Parteien und unterliegt dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Gerichtsstand Sundern.
8. Die Vereinbarung endet …X… Jahre nach deren Unterzeichnung. Die Bestimmung gemäß Ziffer 6 bleibt davon unberührt.

NON-DISCLOSURE-AGREEMENT
1. The Recipient of information guarantees that the fact of the information exchange itself, as well as information, provided to him by XXX, i.e. drawings, outlines, other technical documents and samples, as well as all other received business and technical information and notes of any sort, as well as problem statements and/or problem solutions and findings resulting from that, will be kept confidential and will not be utilized in any way. The entrusted information stays the exclusive property of XXX, including the rights for filing applications for industrial property both domestically and abroad.
2. The obligations mentioned above do not apply to the information, which was or will be rightfully disclosed or made available to the Recipient of information by the third party, or which was already available to him outside of the entertained collaboration, or which is already or will be known as the verifiable free state of the art. For this purpose the Recipient of information has to provide proof.
3. The Recipient of information will make the information accessible only to such associates, which are needed for the purpose of this agreement and which are advised about the non-disclosure and obligate themselves accordingly.
4. A transcript (attachment to this agreement), which must be developed for the content of the information exchange, including the forwarded documents and example, should be signed by the involved representatives of both parties. This agreement remains effective also without the transcript.
5. If at least one party decides that the collaboration will not take place due to any reason, the Recipient of information will promptly return the documents and examples, provided to him by XXX, with the affirmation that no copies or other documents were produced and/or retained.
6. An entertained collaboration should be regulated through a special contract, which will complete or replace the present agreement, after it is signed.
7. This agreement comes into effect with the signing by both parties and is liable to the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany, court of jurisdiction Sundern.
8. The agreement ends …X… years after signing it. The ordinance thereof remains intact, in accordance to number 6.
