Rachel is a multi-talented, multi-cultural, 100% bilingual individual, known to tackle any opportune endeavor to its highest possible potential. A proud mother of four, she often refers to the proper raising of children as one of the biggest challenges in life.

She was formally trained in the clinical practice of psychology in the USA (BA), and promptly after graduation returned to her birthplace in Mexico with the intention to begin to share her acquired knowledge and skills with her people. She is known as a soldier-of-sorts; never caring too much about receiving praise or accolades for her contributions, yet always busy and ready to assist in any way possible when called upon.

Her exposure includes the following:
* Private Psychological Practice.
* Public Speaker/Workshop collaborator in a wide array of psychological topics.
* International commerce and business administration -- Import/export in the clothing/textile, heavy machinery and automotive fields.
* Received formal training in pattern-making (clothing/fashion).
* Adult English and Spanish language teacher.
* Has traveled extensively throughout North and Central America, Europe and Northern Africa.
* Present sport of choice is golf, though has been competitive in many. Loves to sail.
* Has done many years of extensive research in natural healing practices, including nutrition and herbal medicine, floral therapy, biofeedback, iridology, reiki, sacrocraneal therapy, reflexology and acupuncture.
* Has translated consecutively and on print, since the late 1970´s.
