Source text - English Single Candida deposits in the esophagus. Cardia inefficient with evidence of inflammation of the mucous membranes in esophagus. A small amount of acid with a touch of bile in the stomach. In the body, mucous membranes lumpy, pulpy with single protechiae and fibrous exudates-biopsy taken for urease test.
In the cavity mucous membrane smooth with venous reticula and focus of erythema shining through.
Edema of pylorus, pylorus not obstructed.
Bulbus of duodenum normal. In the descending part of duodenum single, white, fungal, yeast-like deposits, also on ampulla of vater.

Drogi zolciowe wewnatrzwatrobowe i PZW mieposzerzone. Trzustka prawidlowej wielkosci i echogenicznosci z nieposzerzonym przewodem Wirsunga. Sledziona niepowiekszona, jednorodnej echogenicznosci. Obie nerki prawidlowej wielkosci, ksztaltu i polozenia, z prawidlowa echostruktora kory i pol centralnych. Przy znacznie wypelnionym pecherzu tendencje do czynnosciowego zastoju po prawej. Pola nadnerczowe wolne. Duze naczynia jamy brzusznej i przestrzen zaotrzewnowa prawidlowe w obrazie USG. Pecherz moczowy o gladkich scianach, transsoniczny. Nie znaleziono patologicznych obszarow w obrebie miednicy mniejszej.
Translation - Polish Liver not enlarged with homogeneous echogenicity, with correct vascular illustration. Thin-walled, echo-negative gall bladder. Innerhepatic bilary tract and common bile duct of normal width. Pancreas of proper size and echogenicity with pancreatic duct of normal width. Spleen not enlarged with homogeneous echogenicity. Both kidneys of proper size, shape and location, with proper echostructure of (TRANS: renal) cortex and central area. When bladder significantly full, tendency to functional stagnation on the right side. Suprarenal area clear (free). Proper ultrasound image of large vessels of the abdomen and retroperitoneum. Urinary bladder transonic with smooth walls. No pathological areas within the small pelvis.

I graduated Queens College with a Russian major and Linguistics minor and spent 2,5 years working as a full-time interpreter/translator in one of the biggest and busiest hospitals in New York City and in the USA- Bellevue Hospital Center. Now, I work on a freelance basis as an interpreter and translator.
