Obróbka skrawaniem jest podstawową technologią wykonywania części maszyn i urządzeń technicznych. Polega na kształtowaniu przedmiotu poprzez zdejmowanie (skrawanie) odpowiednimi narzędziami warstw materiału w postaci wiórów (stąd inna nazwa - obróbka wiórowa).Ze względu na przebieg obróbki i rodzaj użytych narzędzi rozróżnia się trzy podstawowe rodzaje obróbki skrawaniem: ścinanie, przecinanie i wycinanie. Machining
Machining is an elementary method for making component parts of machinery and equipment. It consists in shaping a work-piece by removing (cutting), with appropriate tools, metal layers in the form of chips or turnings (hence another name of the method- turning). According to the nature of actual machining operations and types of tools used, three primary types of machining are distinguished: cutting down,
cutting off and cutting out. If we take into account the type of operation carried out and machining technology (type of machine tool), we distinguish the following:

KLAUZULE WALORYZACYJNEJedną z najprostszych metod zabezpieczania się przed ryzykiem kursowym są klauzule o zmianie cen towaru, zwane klauzulami waloryzacyjnymi. Umożliwiają one stronom kontraktu zmianę ceny przedmiotu kontraktu w takich proporcjach, w jakich zmieni się kurs waluty kontraktu od momentu zawarcia umowy do momentu zapłaty w relacji do uzgodnionej innej waluty / koszyka walut. Jeżeli kurs waluty będącej walutą fakturowania i rozliczenia transakcji rośnie, to eksporter musi zapłacić importerowi pewną kwotę pieniężną proporcjonalnie do wielkości zmiany kursu walutowego. Odwrotna sytuacja ma miejsce wtedy, gdy kurs waluty fakturowania i rozliczania spada.W praktyce gospodarczej wyróżnia się następujące rodzaje klauzul waloryzacyjnych:
¨klauzula pełna – polega na tym, że w przypadku zmiany kursu waluty kontraktu w okresie do terminu płatności następuje proporcjonalna zmiana ceny lub wartości kontraktu,¨
klauzula kursowa – polega na tym, że wartość kontraktu porównuje się z kursem innej mocnej waluty w dniu zawarcia kontraktu; jeżeli nastąpi zmiana kursów relacja ta służy do przeliczenia różnic w dniu płatności,¨
klauzula koszyka walut – polega na tym, że wartość kontraktu porównuje się do kilku odpowiednio dobranych walut wymienialnych, które wchodzą w skład koszyka walut; takim koszykiem walut już istniejącym może być np. INDEXATION CLAUSES
Clauses relating to commodity price changes, called indexation clauses, represent one of the simplest methods of protection against exchange rate risk. They enable the parties to a contract to change the price of the contract subject in such proportions as the contractual currency will change from the time of the conclusion of the contract to settlement time, in relation to another currency / currency basket agreed upon. If the exchange rate for the invoicing and settlement currency is rising, the exporter is having to pay to the importer a certain amount of money in proportion to the change in the exchange rate. The converse situation obtains if the exchange rate for the invoicing and settlement currency is falling.In business practice, we distinguish between the following indexation clauses:
¨Full indexation clause – under this clause, if a change in the contractual exchange rate occurs within the time period until the payment date, the price or value of the contract is modified accordingly,¨
Exchange rate indexation clause – under this clause, the value of a contract is compared to the exchange rate of another strong currency at the date of the contract being concluded; if the rates change, this ratio is used to calculate the difference as at the settlement date,
