1. 保证所有要安装POS机的店铺,在安装的位置上留有一条电话线并且有一个电源接口。
2. 由于POS机不存在测试环境，因此对于培训学校安装的POS机的管理,建议订立相应的规章制度并指定人员管理,避免由于误操作造成损失。如果有损失，只能由个人承担。特请注意。
| Translation - English
The application for the setting-up of POS machines has been submitted to the banks concerned for examination and approval. However, the banks will handle the applications two times per month, so the application of XX may be approved at the end of this month and the setting-up work will be done after the National Day. Now the Finance Department is undergoing the issue and discussing with the personnel concerned, hoping that our application can be approved and the machines can be in use before the end of this month.
We will inform you immediately we have any progress in this issue.
And the following preparations shall be done.
I. Ensure that a telephone line and the outlet shall be available at the cashier in the stores concerned where POS machines are going to be set up.
II. As a POS machine need not have a virtual situation, we propose to the training school that regulations and rules be made on the management of POS machines and a person be appointed in charge of the work in order to avoid making any loss because of bad performance. If any loss is made, the loss is on the person concerned (the performer or cashier), which shall be paid special attention to.
