Recent graduate of MA program in Middle East studies from University of Chicago where I gained three years of intensive instruction in Modern Standard Arabic. As a core component of my degree program I conducted regular Arabic-English and English-Arabic translation. I have traveled to 7 countries in the Middle East. During my BA (summa cum laude) program in Anthropology I gained a concomitant proficiency in French (minor) and regularly conducted French-English and English-French translation. I have traveled extensively in Francophone Europe and relatively in North Africa. As a professional translator, I am a new but I will very quickly be up to speed on the certifications and feedback, insha'allah.
