I'm a recent addition to the translation world, always trying to become a better professional with every job I'm given. My preferred fields, but not limited to, are Computers, Video Games (Gaming in general), Multimedia and Arts. I am a perfectionist and tend to follow every work I do even after it's conclusion. I often play the games I translate and check the forums for user input about it, for example.
Motivation is my main driving force, as I take pride in showing my work. I'm very inquisitive throughout the job if needed and I am ALWAYS willing to learn.
I cannot say that I'm the best, but I do give my best. My interest for languages and after years of criticizing some subtitling I had the bad luck of witness on TV brought me here and I HATE poorly written pieces of text.
And a bit of sense of humor always helps. |
