Source text - German Wegen der anhaltenden Wirtschaftskrise hat die russische Regierung die Kürzung eines der größten Investitionsprogramme im Transportwesen angekündigt. Wie die Euro Asian Logistic Association (EALA) berichtete, werden die ursprünglich vorgesehenen Ausgaben um mehr als zwei Drittel gekürzt werden. Straßengestützte Verkehre werden davon am stärksten betroffen werden, so der Verband.
Im Mai 2008 hatte Staatspräsident Putin ein Programm zur Entwicklung der Transportsysteme in Russland für die Jahre 2010 bis 2015 auf den Weg gebracht. The Euro Asian Logistic Association (EALA) reported that the originally planned expenditures would be cut by more than two thirds. In May 2008, president Putin had set in motion a program to develop transport systems in Russia for the years 2010 to 2015. Source text - Swedish Om evenemangsarrangören (på egen hand eller pga beslut från högre instans exempelvis från nationella förbund, internationella förbund eller från statlig myndighet) vidtar åtgärder som berör redan bekräftade biljetter är Nickes AB tvingad att följa dessa och vidareförmedla dessa till kund. Dessa åtgärder kan innebära beslut om ökade priser, omplacering av biljetter (ex. långsida till kortsida, hemmasektion till bortasektion osv) eller reducering av antalet bekräftade biljetter. Nickes AB kan inte ta ansvar för sådana beslut. Det är kundens skyldighet att kontrollera innan beställning om risk för denna typ av beslut föreligger. Innebär ett beslut att det tillkommer omboknings- eller avbokningskostnader för ex. transport, logi, evenemangsbiljett m m påförs detta kund. I händelse av beslut måste kund bevara evenemangsbiljetten för att överhuvudtaget ha möjlighet att få ersättning för evenemangsbiljetten. Denna ersättning kan endast utbetalas till kund om Nickes AB erhåller återbetalning från evenemangsarrangören. Ersättning för resan (transport, logi m m) kan ej erhållas. En administrationsavgift tas alltid ut. Minimum 100 SEK per person.
Translation - English If the event organiser (on his own initiative or because of a decision from a higher authority, such as national federations, international federations or from a public authority) takes measures that affect tickets that have already been confirmed, Nickes AB is obliged to follow these and pass them on to the customer. These measures may involve decisions about increased prices, seat transfer (e.g. long side to short side, home area to away area etc), or a reduction of the number of confirmed tickets. Nickes AB cannot accept responsibility for such decisions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check before booking whether this type of decision is a risk. If a decision involves additional rebooking or cancellation fees, e.g. for transport, accommodation, event tickets etc, these will be debited to the customer. If such a decision is taken, the customer must retain the event ticket in order to have any possibility of reimbursement for the event ticket. The customer can only be refunded if Nickes AB receives reimbursement from the event organiser. Reimbursement for the journey (transport, accommodation etc) can not be obtained. There is always an administrative fee. Minimum 100 SEK per person.
