Positive antibodies ICA,anti-GAD,IAA,IA-2A were more often present among children with allele DQB l* 03 02. One antibody was found at 13 children, , 2 antibodies at 1 child. Positive antibodies appeared statistically more often p=0,004 among children with allele DQBl*0302.
Also a statistically significant correlation was stated between a presence of an exceeded level of antibodies DQBl*0302. and ICA p=0,007. From among 92 examined children 1 child with stated positive levels of ICA, anti-GAD and IAA fell ill with Type 1 Diabetes.

Dodatnie przeciwciała ICA,anti-GAD,IAA,IA-2A były częściej obecne u dzieci z allelami DQB l* 03 02. Jedno przeciwciało wykryto u 13 dzieci, 2 przeciwciała u 1 dziecka. Dodatnie przeciwciała pojawiły się statystycznie częściej p=0,004 u dzieci z allelami DQBl*0302.
Stwierdzono również statystycznie ważną współzależność pomiędzy obecnością zwiększonej liczby przeciwciał DQBl*0302 a ICA p=0,007. Z przepadanych 92 dzieci 1 dziecko ze stwierdzonym dodatnim poziomem ICA,anti-GAD i IAA zachorowało na cukrzycę Typu 1.

Population identification
Figure 5 displays the geography of City A. Two layers of
spatial information, average income in year 2000 for population
aged 15 by the census tracts and major streets, are
overlaid. This thematic map shows a clear pattern of the
distribution of annual income by the census tract and
indicates the core area of downtown of the City A with the
lowest average income for individuals aged 15 years over.
This area fits with the general catchment described by the
care providers and is thus chosen as the catchment area of
this project.
Figure 6 displays the distribution of clients by their home
address postal codes within the core area of Downtown
City A (Census tract CT010.00), as described previously.
There are 6,479 clients identified through this method.
Population profile
The demographic characteristics of this population are
examined in comparison to the larger region (the entire
region where City A is located). As shown in Figure 2,
there is a clear difference in age distribution. Compared to
the region as a whole, the service population has significant
higher population at age 25–34 years (20.6% vs.
13.1%), and higher population at age groups of 25–34
and 35–44. Further analysis shows different distribution
of population by gender. Males dominate in age groups
25–64 years, while there are more females in age groups
01–24 and 65–75 . For the senior population (aged 75 ),

Rysunek 5 pokazuje gografię miasta A. Dwie warstwy informacji przestrzennej nachodzą na siebie:przeciętny dochód w roku 2000 dla populacji 15 wg spisu ludności i główne ulice. Przedstawiona tu mapa tematyczna pokazuje wyrażną regularność jeśli chodzi o roczny dochód wg spisu ludności i wskazuje środkową część centrum miasta A z najniższym przeciętnym dochodem u osób powyżej 15 roku życia. Obszar pokrywa się z obszarem ogólnie opisanym przez medycznych usługodawców i dlatego też jest wybrany jako obszar zbierania informacji dla niniejszego projektu.
Rysunek 6 pokazuje rozkład klientów wg ich kodów pocztowych w obrębie centrum miasta A (spis ludności CT 010.000), jak opisano powyżej.Istnieje 6,479 klientów zidentyfikowanych tą metodą.
Profil populacji
Demograficzne cechy tej populacji są badane w porównaniu z większym obszarem (cały obszar gdzie znajduje się miasto A). Jak pokazano na rysunku 2, jest wyraźna różnica w rozkładzie wiekowym.W porównaniu do całego regionu, ta populacja ma wyraźnie więcej ludzi korzystających z usług medycznych w wieku 25-34 lata (20.6% vs.13.1%), i większą populację grup wiekowych 25-34 i 35-44. Dalsza analiza wykazuje inny rozkład populacji wg płci. Więcej mężczyzn niż kobiet jest w grupie wiekowej 25-64 lata, a kobiet w grupie 01-24 i 65-75 . Jeśli chodzi o populację seniorów (wiek 75 ) kobiet jest prawie trzy razy więcej niż mężczyzn.
