RISKS
The most common side effects of XXX include, but are not limited to: vomiting, hives, itching, rash, reactions at the injection site, weakness, chills, angina pectoris (heart pain), rapid heart beat, dizziness, headache, increased sweating, sleepiness, flushing, abnormal or decreased sensation, low blood pressure, palpitations (forceful or irregular heart beats), loss of appetite, increased bilirubin or aminotransferase (blood tests that may indicate liver abnormality), CPK increased (blood test that may indicate injury to muscle or heart), muscle pain, bleeding/ hematoma, vasodilatation (increase in the diameter of blood vessels), thrombophlebitis (blood clots), coughing, shortness of breath, diarrhea, nausea, altered taste, abdominal pain, cold sensation, fever, and permanent venous access catheter (implanted device to allow for repeated infusions without having to repeatedly prick the vein) complications. The side effects listed first occur more often than those listed later.
Contraindications and/or precautions
People with a known history of allergy to hamster protein should not take XXXX.
Allergic-type events can occur with any protein-containing product (such as XXXX) that is injected into a vein. Symptoms of an allergic-type event may include hives, tightness of the chest, wheezing, low blood pressure and anaphylaxis (very severe allergic-type events). If you have an allergic-type event, you should stop XXXX immediately and contact your study doctor or seek immediate emergency care, depending on how severe the event is.
Antibodies that stop factor VIII products from working (called “inhibitors”) may develop in people who take products that contain factor VIII. People who take XXXX (as with all factor VIII products) should be tested regularly to see if they have developed an inhibitor. NOTE: One patient developed a high titer inhibitor after receiving about 30 treatments with XXXX. This patient had a prior history of a low titer inhibitor that disappeared 7 years before entering the study. The board of education believes that it is crucial for students to behave appropriately while riding on buses provided by the district, both to ensure their safety and that of other passengers. All students are expected to maintain good conduct while traveling to and from school. It is also important that those waiting for buses conduct themselves properly in respect to the rights and property of others. Parents are reminded that bus transportation is a privilege, which may be suspended due to misbehavior. While the law requires the school to furnish transportation, it does not relieve the parents of their responsibility of supervision until such time as the child boards the bus in the morning and after the child departs the bus at the close of the school day. When attending approved functions outside the district students will be returned to the school from which they departed unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing and approved by the building principal. Upon returning from the event, parents are required to pick up their students or make alternate arrangements prior to the event.
Students must demonstrate acceptable behavior and concern for safety while riding on all school buses, including those for authorized school trips and sporting events. Students who become a serious disciplinary problem will be reported by the drivers and may have their riding privileges suspended by an administrator or the transportation department. Suspension from transportation does not mean suspension from school. It requires the parent to provide transportation to and from school for the length of the suspension. Anytime a student is suspended from transportation the Principal is required to notify parents and to provide a copy of the referral.

It was a large project extended for 3-4 Months providing forward translation, reconciliation for the 1st (mine) forward translation with a 2nd forward translation, respond to comments on the back translation, responding to clinician(s) comments, response to the questionnaire developer’s comments on the back translations (into English), Pilot Testing the Arabic translation with five people with hepatitis C, writing reports for this pilot testing and related queries/comments from the developer and then Finalizing the project by issuing last revised translated questionnaire (UK).
(2) Two Questionnaires about SWNs (Subjective Well-Being under Neuroleptic Treatment) and SPS (Subject Satisfaction) for Schizophrenic Patients to be translated into into Arabic for Egypt. A very similar project policy like the above one regarding project steps and timeline (UK).
