1. SUBJECT MATTER

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
2.1. The Company shall provide the following services to the Client:
- Consultations on legal matters and pertaining to the activities of the Client;
- Drafting of legal documents required or desirable for the activities of the Client;
- Representation of the Client before state authorities, private organizations, enterprises, establishments, and individuals;
- Acting for the Client in any court proceedings;
- Translating and editing of documents;
- Other legal support services for the Client.
2.2. With respect to services in connection with the preparation and obtaining of state registrations, approvals and licenses, the Company may pay on behalf of the client all required duties and levies. The amounts of duties and levies paid by the Company shall be included in the invoice issued by the Company and reimbursed by the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

While I was at University I started working as in-house translator in an important company in the building industry, giving me in depth knowledge in this sector.
I used to translate manuals, technical sheets, legal documents and foreign correspondence. The work also included the editing and proofreading of documents and manuals already written in English, French or Italian by technicians who are not fluent in these languages.
After having had this opportunity to familiarise myself with the translation industry,
