I am an Englishman living in South Germany. I have lived in the Black Forest region for 15 years and have been working as a translator for 10 years. My work has predominantly consisted of translations for two globally-renowned manufacturers of cranes and excavators, involving the translation of operating manuals, maintenance manuals, press reports, electrical manuals, software programs, websites and letters of correspondence. I continue to work for these companies, however, would now like to broaden my horizons in the translation market.
