Since I was 13, I realized that translation was motivating and like some kind of goal achieved for me.
I became a proffesional translator in 2006, translating manga from Japanese into Spanish. I started learning Japanese when I was 15, and my dream was to be a translator still.
Later I enrolled in a BA in English, that revealled to be fascinating. Taking exams in English was like a mixture of translation and interpreting myself.
Now I have taken several courses in my country which made me realize about the needs demanded by a translation client nowadays, as CAT tools, DTP command, rules for subtitling, the software localization world...
My goal is to reach that status: the continuous self improvement by adding one handful of knowledge after another.
