3-3-2 Pulleys.
The speed of the helix is varied through change pulleys which can be substituted by the motor pulley or the helix pulley. For this operation, these steps shall be followed:
1. Disconnect the motor from the power supply.
2. Unscrew and remove “E“ protection cover.
3. Loose the locknut “F” in the flywheel “G” with a special key “H” supplied by xxx. Turn the flywheel in order to loose belt” I” and remove it from the pulleys.
4. Remove the nut and the washer “J” from the pulley that needs to be replaced and the axe shall be extracted by pulling out the belt.
5. Place the new pulley, the washer and nut.
6. Place the flat belt and tighten it with the flywheel. The mounting tension of the belt shall be of 1,2%. The locknut shall be tightened in order to block the flywheel.
7. Replace the protection cover and check the motor amperage, to control that it is not working overcharged.

Rýchlosť špirály sa zmení pri výmene remeníc, ktoré je možné vymeniť za motorovú remenicu alebo za remenicu špirály. Túto činnosť vykonajte podľa nasledujúcich krokov:
1. Motor odpojte od prívodu elektrickej energie.
2. Odskrutkujte a snímte ochranný kryt „E“.
3. Uvoľnite poistnú maticu „E“ vo vnútri zotrvačníka „G“ a použite pritom špeciálny kľúč „H“ dodávaný spoločnosťou xxx. Otáčajte zotrvačníkom, aby ste uvoľnili remeň „I“ a ten snímte z remeníc.
4. Odskrutkujte maticu a podložku „J“ z remenice, ktorú chcete vymeniť a os vytiahnite ťahaním za remeň.
5. Nasaďte novú remenicu, podložku a maticu.
6. Nasaďte plochý remeň a utiahnite pomocou zotrvačníka. Montážne napnutie remeňa by malo byť 1,2 %. Poistnú maticu utiahnite s cieľom zaistiť zotrvačník.
7.Nasaďte ochranný kryt a skontrolujte hodnotu prívodného prúdu do motora, aby nedochádzalo k jeho preťažovaniu.

(NASDAQ: XY) the world leader in portable computer-aided measurement hardware and software, announced the launch of its new family of 3-D Laser Scanners called Photon 80 and Photon 20. The new Photons, which replace the Company’s Laser Scanner LS 880, 840 and 420, offer greater clarity, accuracy and portability.

The XY Photon Laser Scanner is a portable, computerized measurement device that scans, digitally recreates and records all of an object or area’s dimensions, creating what looks like a “photograph” on the computer screen – but in 3-D. The captured data can be used to create a digital model for reverse-engineering, quality assurance, inspection, CAD-to-part comparison, factory planning, investigation, and automatic object recognition in modelling.
Among the new accessories is a high-definition color bracket, as well as a handle for safe and simple portability. When combined with the super-compact Power Base Battery, the Photon offers more than six hours of uninterrupted scanning performance.
