GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The term seeds, goods and product as used hereafter shall mean not only seeds, but also plants, parts of plants or any other genetic material of plant species (seeds, plants, cuttings, meristematic tissues, pollen, etc.).
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be received prior to shipment. Your payment should be received by KPR within 15 days after the confirmation of your order by KPR.
DESPATCH
Orders are usually dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. No responsibility is taken for seeds lost in transit unless insurance options is not arranged at extra shipping fees.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders once placed and paid may only be cancelled with the KPR's consent.
WARRANTY
KPR provides usually 2 years warranty that:
- seeds are fresh, viable and able to germinate
- seeds and plants are true to descriptions and free of any pests
Our 2 years warranty begins from date of delivery our products.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
All orders should be inspected immediately they are received and a claim for any cause should be made in writing and be received by KPR within 15 working days of the receipt of the goods.
KPR will not accept any claims after the seeds have been tampered with, planted, badly transported stored or treated. Do not return seeds without our prior permission.
The placing of an order by any means signifies the acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Термините семена, стоки и продукти както ще се ползват по нататък ще имат не само значението на семена, но също така ще значат и растения, части на растения или който и да е друг генетичен матерял на растителени видове (семена, растения, калеми, меристематични тъкани, цветен прашец и т. н.)
УСЛОВИЯ НА ПЛАЩАНЕ
Плащането трябва да бъде направено преди пращането. Плащането Ви трябва да бъде получено от страна на KPR до 15 дни след одобряване на поръчката Ви от KPR.
ПРАЩАНЕ
Пратките се пращат възможно най-бързо след като плащането е получено. Не се приема никаква отговорност при изгубени семена по пътя ако не е избрано пращане със застраховка при което се заплаща допълнително.
АНУЛИРАНЕ НА ПОРЪЧКАТА
Веднъж пододени и платени поръчки могат да бъдат анулирани само след съгласието на KPR.
ГАРАНЦИЯ
KPR дава предимно 2 години гаранция че:
- семената са свежи, жизнеспособни и могат да покълнат
- семената и рестенията са верни на описаните и са без болести
Нашата 2 годишна гаранция важи от датата на доставка на продуктите.
ИЗИСКВАНИЯ И ВРЪЩАНИЯ
Всички поръчки трябва да бъдат прегледани веднага след получаването им, и искания по всеки въпрос траябва да бъдат напревени по писмен път и получени от страна на KPR в рамките на 15 работни дни след получавенето на пратката.
