Bratspeck – Paprikaspeck - Knoflspeck
Ausgesuchtes Bauchfleisch ohne Schwarte und Knorpel, gebraten und herzhaft gewürzt.
Einfach deftig im Geschmack, mit Paprika oder Knoblauch.
Herstellungsweise:
Knorpel- und schwartenloses Bauchfleisch wird kräftig gewürzt, trocken gepökelt
und 14 Tage gesurt.
Danach wird das Produkt geräuchert und schonend gebraten, währenddessen es sein intensives Raucharoma und die dunkle Farbe erhält.Ideal geeignet für die Jause, aber auch für jeden Moment, den man voller Genuss erleben möchte.

Pancetta fresca di prima scelta senza cotenna e senza osso, arrostita e aromatizzata.
Dal gusto semplice ma intenso, con paprika o aglio.
Processo di lavorazione:
alla pancetta senza osso e senza cotenna viene aggiunto il condimento piccante, quindi viene salata a secco e messa a riposare per 14 giorni.
Dopodiché, il prodotto viene affumicato e leggermente arrostito, mantenendo comunque il suo intenso aroma di affumicato e il colore scuro. Ideale per gli spuntini, ma anche in ogni momento in cui si ha voglia di un gusto "pieno".
