ribe in ribiške izdelke k Evropskemu sporazumu o pridružitvi med Evropskimi skupnostmi in njihovimi državami članicami na eni strani ter Republiko Bolgarijo na drugi strani EVROPSKA SKUPNOST, v nadaljnjem besedilu "Skupnost" na eni strani in VLADA REPUBLIKE BOLGARIJE na drugi strani, KER je bil Evropski sporazum o pridružitvi med Evropskimi skupnostmi in njihovimi državami članicami na eni strani ter Republiko Bolgarijo na drugi strani, v nadaljnjem besedilu "Evropski sporazum", podpisan v Bruslju 8. marca 1993, veljati pa je začel 1. februarja 1995, KER so s ciljem, da bi se sporazumeli o vzajemnih carinskih koncesijah v ribiškem sektorju, med Skupnostjo in Republiko Bolgarijo potekala in bila uspešno zaključena strokovna pogajanja skladno s členom 21(5) in členom 24 Evropskega sporazuma, KER sta se Skupnost in Republika Bolgarija tudi dogovorili, da bosta na upravno enostaven način in postopoma izvajali, čim prej je mogoče, dogovorjene carinske koncesije, OB ODLOČITVI o uporabi dogovorjenih carinskih koncesij z namenom vzpostavitve popolnoma proste trgovine z ribami in ribiškimi izdelki, STA SE DOGOVORILI O NASLEDNJEM: Člen 1 Z datumom začetka veljavnosti tega protokola izvajata pogodbenici popolnoma prosto trgovino za vse izdelke iz Priloge I. Z datumom začetka veljavnosti tega protokola pogodbenici uveljavita 30 % znižanje dajatev carinske tarife, ki jih Skupnost ali Republika Bolgarija uporabljata za vse druge ribe in ribiške izdelke, kot so opredeljeni v členu 1 Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 104/2000 in Prilogi II k temu protokolu. Eno leto po začetku veljavnosti tega protokola pogodbenici uveljavita nadaljnje 30 % znižanje dajatev carinske tarife, kot so znašale ob začetku veljavnosti tega protokola. Dve leti po začetku veljavnosti tega protokola ali pred tem datumom, če je tako skupaj dogovorjeno, se izvaja popolnoma prosta trgovina z vsemi ribami in ribiškimi izdelki. Člen 2 Znižanja iz člena 1 se izračunavajo po splošnih matematičnih načelih ob upoštevanju: (a) da se vse številke za decimalno vejico, ki so manjše od (vključno) 50, zaokrožijo navzdol na najbližje celo število; (b) da se vse številke za decimalno vejico, ki so višje od 50, zaokrožijo navzgor na najbližje celo število; (c) da se vse carinske stopnje pod 2 % avtomatično določijo na stopnjo 0 %. Člen 3 Ta protokol začne veljati prvega dne v mesecu po datumu, ko pogodbenici druga drugo obvestita o zaključku svojih notranjih postopkov. Člen 4 Ta protokol se lahko spremeni s sklepom Pridružitvenega sveta na podlagi obojestranskega dogovora in po zaključku ustreznih notranjih postopkov. Source text - English L 335/18 EN Official Journal of the European Communities 12.12.2002 ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL laying down the trade arrangements for fish and fishery products to the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Bulgaria, of the other part THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Community’, of the one part, and THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA, of the other part, WHEREAS the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Bulgaria, of the other part, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Europe Agreement’, was signed in Brussels on 8 March 1993 and entered into force on 1 February 1995, WHEREAS technical negotiations based on Article 21(5) and Article 24 of the Europe Agreement have been carried out and successfully concluded between the Community and the Republic of Bulgaria to agree on reciprocal tariff concessions in the fisheries sector, WHEREAS the Community and the Republic of Bulgaria also agreed on an administratively simple procedure for implementing the negotiated tariff concessions as soon as possible on a gradual basis, HAVINGDECIDED to apply the agreed tariff concessions with a view to establishing fully liberalised trade of all fish and fishery products, HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 Article 2 The reductions referred to in Article 1 shall be calculated using From the date of entry into force of this Protocol, both Parties common mathematics principles taking into account that: shall apply full free trade for all the products specified in Annex I. nadaljnjem besedilu "Skupnost" na eni strani in VLADA REPUBLIKE BOLGARIJE na drugi strani, KER je bil Evropski sporazum o pridružitvi med Evropskimi skupnostmi in njihovimi državami članicami na eni strani ter Republiko Bolgarijo na drugi strani, v nadaljnjem besedilu "Evropski sporazum", podpisan v Bruslju 8. marca 1993, veljati pa je začel 1. februarja 1995, KER so s ciljem, da bi se sporazumeli o vzajemnih carinskih koncesijah v ribiškem sektorju, med Skupnostjo in Republiko Bolgarijo potekala in bila uspešno zaključena strokovna pogajanja skladno s členom 21(5) in členom 24 Evropskega sporazuma, KER sta se Skupnost in Republika Bolgarija tudi dogovorili, da bosta na upravno enostaven način in postopoma izvajali, čim prej je mogoče, dogovorjene carinske koncesije, OB ODLOČITVI o uporabi dogovorjenih carinskih koncesij z namenom vzpostavitve popolnoma proste trgovine z ribami in ribiškimi izdelki, STA SE DOGOVORILI O NASLEDNJEM: Člen 1 Z datumom začetka veljavnosti tega protokola izvajata pogodbenici popolnoma prosto trgovino za vse izdelke iz Priloge I. Z datumom začetka veljavnosti tega protokola pogodbenici uveljavita 30 % znižanje dajatev carinske tarife, ki jih Skupnost ali Republika Bolgarija uporabljata za vse druge ribe in ribiške izdelke, kot so opredeljeni v členu 1 Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 104/2000 in Prilogi II k temu protokolu. Eno leto po začetku veljavnosti tega protokola pogodbenici uveljavita nadaljnje 30 % znižanje dajatev carinske tarife, kot so znašale ob začetku veljavnosti tega protokola. Dve leti po začetku veljavnosti tega protokola ali pred tem datumom, če je tako skupaj dogovorjeno, se izvaja popolnoma prosta trgovina z vsemi ribami in ribiškimi izdelki. Člen 2 Znižanja iz člena 1 se izračunavajo po splošnih matematičnih načelih ob upoštevanju: (a) da se vse številke za decimalno vejico, ki so manjše od (vključno) 50, zaokrožijo navzdol na najbližje celo število; (b) da se vse številke za decimalno vejico, ki so višje od 50, zaokrožijo navzgor na najbližje celo število; (c) da se vse carinske stopnje pod 2 % avtomatično določijo na stopnjo 0 %. Člen 3 Ta protokol začne veljati prvega dne v mesecu po datumu, ko pogodbenici druga drugo obvestita o zaključku svojih notranjih postopkov. Člen 4 Ta protokol se lahko spremeni s sklepom Pridružitvenega sveta na podlagi obojestranskega dogovora in po zaključku ustreznih notranjih postopkov.
