1 Introduction
This Advanced User Guide provides information on the more advanced features and parameters of Commander SK:
• Parameter types
• Keypad and display information
• Modbus RTU serial communications protocol
• PLC Ladder logic programming
• CTSoft Windows™ based commissioning and monitoring tool
• Advanced parameter logic diagrams and full parameter descriptions

Commander SK
The Commander SK is an open loop vector AC variable speed inverter drive used to control the speed of an AC induction motor. The drive uses an
open loop vector control strategy to maintain almost constant flux in the motor by dynamically adjusting the motor voltage according to the load on the
motor.
The AC supply is rectified through a bridge rectifier and then smoothed across high voltage capacitors to produce a constant voltage DC bus. The DC
bus is then switched through an IGBT bridge to produce AC at a variable voltage and a variable frequency. This AC output is synthesized by a pattern
of on-off switching applied to the gates of the IGBTs. This method of switching the IGBTs is known as Pulse Width Modulation (PWM).
Software structure
For the majority of applications, the Commander SK's keypad and display can be used to set up the drive through 'menu 0'. Menu 0 is structured to
give an extreme ease of set-up for a simple drive but with the flexibility for more demanding applications. See the Commander SK Getting Started
Guide for details.
For applications that require extra functionality, the advanced parameters from menu 1 through to menu 21 can be used. These advanced parameters
can be programmed and adjusted using the drives keypad and display or by using CTSoft. Also, the optional LED or LCD keypads can be used to
monitor and adjust parameters.
Options
To further enhance the functionality of the Commander SK, a number of Solutions Modules, SmartStick cloning option and a LogicStick PLC ladder

Commander SK
Commander SK - это электропривод переменного тока преобразовательного типа для векторного управления в разомкнутом контуре,
предназначенный для управления скоростью асинхронного электродвигателя. В электроприводе используется алгоритм векторного управления в
разомкнутом контуре, позволяющий поддерживать практически постоянный магнитный поток в двигателе за счет динамической регулировки
напряжения двигателя согласно нагрузке двигателя.
Переменное напряжение питания выпрямляется мостовым выпрямителем и затем фильтруется высоковольтными конденсаторами для получения
постоянного напряжения на шине звена постоянного тока. Напряжение с шины звена постоянного тока коммутируется на нагрузку силовым мостом
IGBT для создания переменного тока с изменяющимся напряжением и изменяющейся частотой. Выходное переменное напряжение синтезируется
под действием определенной последовательности сигналов открывания-запирания, подаваемой на затворы силовых ключей IGBT. Такой метод
коммутации силовых ключей IGBT называется широтно-импульсной модуляцией (ШИМ).
Структура программы
В большинстве приложений кнопочную панель и дисплей Commander SK можно использовать для настройки параметров электропривода с помощью
“меню 0”. Меню 0 составлено так, чтобы максимально упростить настройку работы простого электропривода, но в тоже время обладает необходимой
гибкостью для более сложных приложений. Более подробно это описано в руководстве Приступаем к работе Commander SK.
Если для приложения необходимы дополнительные функции, то можно использовать дополнительные параметры из меню с номерами от 1 до 21.
Эти дополнительные параметры можно программировать и настраивать с помощью кнопочной панели и дисплея привода или с помощью программы
CTSoft. Кроме того, для контроля и настройки значений параметров можно использовать опционные панели с индикаторами на светодиодах (СИД)
или жидких кристаллах (ЖКИ).
Опции
Для дальнейшего расширения функциональности электропривода Commander SK выпускается ряд дополнительных модулей расширений, опция для
копирования параметров SmartStick и опция для работы c релейно-контактными схемами ПЛК LogicStick. Описания таких опций приведены на

Connecting Rod (Crank Pin) Bearing
This bearing is a tri-metal (steel, bronze, and babbitt with a tin flash) precision, split (2-shell)
bearing. There are notches in the rod and rod cap for the bearing tabs in order to position and maintain the position of the bearing halves.
1. Do not remove the connecting rod cap to check for bearing wear, if cap is
removed it is recommended that a new bearing is installed, i.e. DO NOT REUSE
BEARING SHELLS.
2. Determine bearing wear by checking actual jack and side clearances against the clearance limits given in Table 1-4 on Page 1-10, and the last new bearing clearance check values if available. High copper content in the oil analysis may be an indication of main and/or connecting rod bearing wear, and/or chain idler, crosshead, connecting rod bushings wear (excessive use of anti-seize lubricates can also elevate copper content in the oil analysis).
3. After installing a new bearing(s), check jack and side clearances against the clearance limits. Record values on a copy of form on Page 5-65.
4. Use calibrated dial indicators with 0.0005 inch or 0.005 mm increments and
magnetic stands to check clearances.
5. Check jack clearance as follows:
a. As shown in Figure 5-1 on Page 5-3, turn crankshaft pin up, install a magnetic stand on the top of adjacent crankshaft web, with a needle type dial indicator placed against top of the connecting rod near the cap seam. Set indicator to zero.
b. Pull up using an eye bolt installed in the rod and a lifting strap connected to a crane, until needle on the face of the dial indicator stops moving, repeat to be sure the reading is accurate. | Translation - Russian
Демонтаж и установка шатунного подшипника и втулки шатуна
Этот шатунный вкладыш прецизионный, разъемный (2-половины), триметаллический (сталь, бронза и баббит с оловянистым покрытием). На шатуне и крышке шатуна имеются пазы для выступов вкладышей,
чтобы правильно установить и поддерживать оба вкладыша.
1. Не снимайте крышку шатуна для проверки износа вкладыша, если крышка снята, то рекомендуется установить новый вкладыш, то есть НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЙТЕ ВКЛАДЫШИ ПОВТОРНО.
2. Определяйте износ вкладыша путем проверки фактических зазоров (радиального и осевого), сравните их с пределами, указанными в Таблице 1-4 на стр. 1-10, или с последними данными проверки зазоров нового вкладыша, если они имеются. Высокое содержание меди в результатах анализа масла может быть указанием износа коренного и/или подшипника шатуна, и/или промежуточной звездочки цепи, крейцкопфа, износа втулок шатуна (при чрезмерном использовании антиприхватной смазки может также увеличиться содержимое меди в масле).
3. После установки нового вкладыша также проверьте зазоры (радиальный и осевой) на
соответствие указанным пределам. Запишите результаты на копию бланка, показанного на стр. 5-65.
4. Для проверки зазоров используйте поверенные микрометры с индикатором часового типа с ценой деления 0,005 мм (0,0005 дюймов) с магнитными стойками.
5. Проверяйте радиальный зазор следующим образом:
a. Поверните коленчатый вал шейкой вверх и поставьте магнитную стойку на
прилегающую щеку так, чтобы щуп индикатора микрометра располагался на верхней части шатуна вблизи шва крышки, как показано на Рис. 5-1 на стр. 5-3. Установите индикатор на нуль.
b. Потяните шатун вверх с помощью завернутого в шатун рым-болта и закрепленной на кране такелажной ленты, пока стрелка на циферблате микрометра не остановится, измерьте повторно для проверки точности показаний. |
