Dramaticky zvrásněný povrch jeho plastik doslova zve k dílu zkázy horko i mráz, sucho i vlhko, vítr i dé. Člověka - zvídavého turistu i člověka - posedlého stavitele cest veho druhu, člověka - neikovného zachránce, i člověka - vandala. Zve k dílu zkázy úporně se zachycující mechy a liejníky, stejně tak jako ztiené závěje sněhu a veravý kyselý dé.

The figures of humans and animals, transported by Braun from the worlds of reality and mythology, from the realms of sober reason and pious faith, into the local sandstone, age even faster.
The dramatically undulating surface of his sculptures literally beckons the heat and frost, the draught and humility, the wind and rain, to perform their act of destruction. Similarly, it provokes the inquisitive tourist, the obsessive builder of all kinds of roads, the clumsy rescuer, the vandal. It invites the relentlessly clinging moss and lichen, the silencing snowdrift, and the omnivorous acid rain to the feast of destruction.
