Translation Experience and Specialisation:
IT/software localisation (UI, Help, manuals, collaterals), website and multimedia localisation, games localisation, translation of audio scripts, marketing translation, translation of travel & tourism material

Some recent projects include:
- Role as “Lead Translator” for the German localisation of a role play video game. Tasks during this 6-month project included: Coordination of a team of translators (answering and channelling questions, coordinating translation effort), review of other translators' work, translation of scripts for dubbing of in-game video sequences and overseeing studio recordings on-site in Germany, some testing and bug reporting.
- Onsite assignments for functional and linguistic software testing and bug reporting
- Occasional onsite assignments as localisation project manager for particular projects or as holiday cover
- Various translations for websites, incl. hotel and tourism websites
- Translation of corporate training material, marketing texts, presentations, handbooks and manuals etc. for various clients in the IT field
- Regular translations of newsletters and press releases for clients in various industries
- Regular translation of employee newsletters and corporate communications as well as product descriptions and marketing brochures
