испытания макетных образцов КМ-300 и КМ-50 прототипов станции ЭПАС по обработке армейского обмундирования, средств индивидуальной защиты и вещевого имущества;
Государственные испытания авторазливочной станции АРС-15 в целях принятия ее на снабжение;
испытания двигателя АИ-25 для замены двигателя ВК-1А на тепловой машине ТМС-65;
Государственные испытания станции ЭПАС в целях принятия ее на снабжение;
обоснование тактико-технических требований на универсальный бортовой комплект БКСО и его Государственные испытания в целях принятия на снабжение;
Государственные испытания комплектов дегазации, дезактивации и дезинфекции вооружения и военной техники ДКВ-1К и ДКВ-10 в целях принятия их на снабжение;

авторазливочная станция АРС-15;
подвижная экстракционная автомобильная станция ЭПАС;

The Shikhany Military Facility During Past Decades (Part 3)

“Chemical Defense of Russia”, Letopis [Manuscript] Publishing House, 1998

Within the division in recent years, a great deal of attention has been given to the problems surrounding the improvement of testing techniques for assessing the completeness of the decontamination of items of arms and military hardware, ascertaining the conformance of the results of these tests to biological and medical criteria, and developing prospective techniques for the decontamination of nonessential equipment and personal protection equipment that involve the use of electrochemically activated water-salt systems, as well as water treatment processing regimens based on the principles of ultrafiltration and inverse osmosis.

Over the period extending from 1979 through 1985, the decontamination hardware division continued to work on the creation of new and the improvement of existing decontamination hardware (DH).

During this time frame, the following basic work was completed:

the breadboard testing of the KM-3000 and KM-50 prototypes of the EPAS truck-mounted mobile extraction unit for the decontamination of army uniforms, personal protection equipment, and nonessential equipment;
the government testing of the ARS-15 mobile spray station in order to facilitate its acceptance for delivery;
the testing of the AI-25 motor for replacing the VK-1A motor on the TMS-65 thermal machine;
the government testing of the EPAS in order to facilitate its acceptance for delivery;
the validation of the military operational requirements for the BKSO general-purpose onboard decontamination kit and its government testing in order to facilitate acceptance for delivery;
the government testing of the DKV-1K and DKV-10 kits for the degassing, decontamination, and disinfection of arms and military hardware in order to facilitate their acceptance for delivery, and;
the validation of the military operational requirements for a general-purpose chemical defense force vehicle.

At the same time, work was performed in the area of the comparative assessment of domestic DH prototypes and their analogs among the armies of foreign nations, such as the DO/3-76 chemical light sources. As a result of this research, military operational requirements were formulated for domestic chemical light sources.

During this period, based on the results of government tests performed by division associates, the following DH prototypes were accepted for delivery to the military:
the ARS-15 mobile spray station;
the EPAS truck-mounted mobile extraction unit;
