I love translation and anything related with it. Sometimes my friends call me “annoying”, because instead of watching a movie I am complaining about the subtitles, instead of reading a book content I am observing the translation, instead of hearing a commercial I am pointing out the language mistakes. I am passionate about translation and that makes me a very professional person.
I have over 5 years of experience in both translation, interpretation and subtitling in different areas such as oil, engineering, geography, tourism, land development, shows, kitchen, contacts, letters, transactions, business, criminal, etc. I have also worked as a teacher and a proofreader.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures (English/Spanish) and I have experience in both translation and interpretation from English to Portuguese and vice-versa. I have worked in different areas of translation, from a more casual to a company background in oil, human resources, geography, bureaucracy, etc. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and I also speak some French (which I intend to improve in a near future). I am very friendly, sociable, professional and committed.
