Wet Prilling (or Pelletising) involves sulphur cooling and solidification by spraying liquid sulphur into a water bath. As the cooling takes place in the water, the product must be de-watered using strainers and also requires subsequent drying.
Sulphur produced by the wet prill process does not comply with the SUDIC Premium Product Specifications.
Four (4) Wet Prilling units would be required for the XXX capacity of XXX t/day.

Влажное гранулирование (или таблетирование) представляет собой процесс охлаждения серы и превращения в твёрдое тело посредством разбрызгивания жидкой серы в водяной ванне. Поскольку процесс охлаждения происходит в воде, продукт должен быть осушен с использованием фильтров грубой очистки, а также требуется последующая осушка.
Сера, получаемая в процессе влажного гранулирования не соответствует тех. условиям продукта с премиальной наценкой канадского института переработки серы.
Четыре (4) установки по влажному гранулированию потребуются для производства XXX т/сут для проекта XXX.
