In England, I worked for a few translation agencies around London and Cambridge; in Brazil, I worked for two years for Dun & Bradstreet do Brasil, translating their financial rating reports from English into Portuguese and vice-versa and for Motorola do Brasil (mainly contracts); in the USA I worked full-time at the IBM (later Lenovo) PC Division as an English/Portuguese/English Translator (translating technical and non-technical documents) and for one year at the Caterpillar Translation Services, as a Portuguese Language Project Manager/Consultant.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Languages (Brazilian Portuguese and English as a second language) and taught both languages in Brazil, England and the USA (for a while).
