Technical know-how
To ensure technical as well as linguistic competence, I follow closely my fields of specialisation as a real-world user as well as a translator. I am an active member of users' groups and regularly attend trade fairs, seminars and other events for graphic arts and printing professionals. I also cultivate close contacts with industry professionals, experts, and journalists.

When necessary, I team up with other experts and specialised translators to cover projects that require knowledge in specific fields.

Language skills
Native Italian; near-native English; excellent French; fluent Spanish; limited German.

Since 1997 full-time freelance technical translator/reviewer.
1988 - 1997 inhouse at Aldus Europe, then Adobe Systems Italia (various positions: Localization Project Leader, Technical Manager, Product Manager, Sales Engineer).
