Nel’ambito di un progetto promosso dall’unità di Enterprise Architecture di ***, è stato sviluppato un modello con l’obiettivo di rappresentare il Parco Applicativo *** in ambiente di produzione, sviluppo e test, nonché le sue relazioni con i Processi di Business e le Infrastrutture. Il modello doveva evidenziare le lacune o le sovrapposizioni nella copertura applicativa dei processi al variare della divisione, del prodotto o del canale di distribuzione commerciale.

In order to lower time and cost expenses of new technical resources of development groups and be able to carry out an assessment of Data Quality (ISO 25012), ---------------- asked *** Consulting to produce complete documentation of the application: by means of interviews and code and databank analysis, we populated 5 different views of required informations: functional, structural, dynamic, logical and deployment.

Within a project promoted by the Enterprise Architecture unit of ***, we developed a model to the purpose of representing *** Application Park in production, testing and development environment, and also its relations with Business processes and Infrastructures. The model was meant to highlight gaps and overlappings in the application coverage as the division, product or marketing distribution channel varies.
