My educational background in language study had led me to do many activities with languages that recorded in my experiences in field of translating and localization. Very experienced in translating documents from English and German into Indonesian. On July 2009, acknowledged as certified translator for German into Bahasa Indonesia by Lembaga Bahasa Internasional FIB, University of Indonesia.
For more than 11 years I worked with a branch of STAR AG (Switzerland) in Jakarta Indonesia, a Language Service Provider that runs business in developing of translation memory Star Transit and provides localisation and translation of technical documentations services. First time worked in this company as translator from German and English languages into Bahasa Indonesia, and after four years was appointed as quality assurance engineer with tasks in general to handle translations and document creation’s process for the customers that use services from company. Main tasks as quality assurance engineer are such as consulting and offering terminologies used with costumers, estimating schedule for projects, coordinating projects that handled by translators, and proofreading tasks as a part of QA process. Besides, giving internal and external training of translation memory software Tansit and Termstar XV and Transit and Termstar NXT.
