I hold legal degrees both from Mexico and a Masters degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School
Former Assistant General Counsel for International Negotiations, for the Mexican Department of Commerce. Participated in negotiations on the final versions of the Side agreements to the North American Free Trade Agreement. Did extensive translations for opposing parties (United States and Canada) during final stages of trade negotiations.
Experience in criminal, appellate, civil and juvenile court proceedings.
