2 General Safety Principles
The XXX 1.5 Series Wind Turbine Generator System (WTG) has been built according to the state-of-the-art and the recognized safety rules.
Hazards for the user or third parties and impairment of the wind turbine generator system and other property may nevertheless arise during the use of this facility if it is
• operated by untrained or uninstructed staff
• not used properly
• improperly maintained or serviced
The owner / operator responsible for the WTG must ensure that
• The safety manual and the operating manual are available and are complied with
• The service conditions and technical data are complied with
• The protective devices are used
• The prescribed maintenance work is carried out
• The maintenance personnel are immediately informed or the plant immediately shut down if higher temperatures, noise, vibration, etc. compared to operation at normal rating should occur.
The operating manual contains the information required for operation of the WTG by qualified personnel.
The warranty of the manufacturer is only provided if the currently valid operating manual is observed and complied with.

Генераторната система с вятърна турбина (ГВТ) на XXX серия 1.5 е конструирана в съответствие със съвременното техническо ниво и утвърдените правила за безопасност.
Опасности за потребителя или трети страни и повреда на генераторната система с вятърна турбина и на друга собственост могат обаче да възникнат при употреба на това съоръжение, ако то бъде
• експлоатирано от необучен или неинструктиран персонал
• използвано неправилно
• поддържано или обслужвано неправилно
Собственикът / отговорният оператор за ГВТ трябва да осигури, че
• Ръководството за безопасност и ръководството за експлоатация са на разположение и се спазват
• Сервизните условия и техническите данни се спазват
• Предпазните устройства се използват
• Предписаната поддръжка се извършва
• Персоналът по поддръжката трябва да бъде незабавно информиран или съоръжението трябва да бъде незабавно изключено, ако възникнат повишени температури, шум, вибрации и др. сравнени с работата при нормални условия.
Ръководството за експлоатация съдържа информацията необходима за експлоатацията на ГВТ от обучен персонал.
Гаранцията на производителя се осигурява само при съблюдаването и спазването на текущо валидното ръководство за експлоатация.
