The Seconder shall continue to appraise and deal with any disciplinary or grievance matters which arise in relation to the Secondee during the Secondment in accordance with its applicable appraisal, disciplinary and grievance procedures as they are applicable to the Secondee based on the Secondee's position and seniority, or the provisions of the Employment Agreement as applicable. The Seconder may, at its discretion, delegate the conduct of such procedures to the Company who may make a recommendation as to action to be taken, however, any decision in relation to the Secondee's appraisal or any other action to be taken, and in particular any decision to discipline or dismiss the Secondee, can ultimately only be made by the Seconder.
The Secondee can ask the Company to pay the Statutory Payments to a taxation or government authority located outside of the jurisdiction of the Secondment Place of Work, however, the Company shall not be obliged to pay such payments otherwise than in the manner set out in Clause 4.4 above unless the Secondee first provides such evidence as the Company may in its absolute discretion require to confirm that it is permitted by any applicable law to pay these monies in accordance with the Secondee's request. For the avoidance of doubt where the Company pays the Statutory Payments outside of the jurisdiction of the Secondment Place of Work, the Company shall not be obliged to pay any of those Statutory Payments in relation to the Secondee in the jurisdiction of the Secondment Place of Work.

De Onderneming is echter niet verplicht om deze betalingen te verrichten op een andere wijze dan bepaald in Clausule 4.4 hierboven, tenzij de Gedetacheerde eerst het bewijs levert dat de Onderneming naar eigen goeddunken nodig acht als bevestiging dat het de wettelijke toelating heeft om deze gelden te betalen in overeenstemming met het verzoek van de Gedetacheerde. TARABUCO
Ce village, à une soixantaine de km de Sucre, est célèbre dans toute la Bolivie pour son marché du dimanche. Compter 1 h 30 de route asphaltée. Pour s'y rendre : soit les « bus-touristes » qui passent vous chercher à votre hôtel, soit un taxi (environ 250 Bol, soit 25 A), ou encore, à 6 h 30, un bus à 10 Bol (1 A) part de l'av. de las Américas dès qu'il est plein. Il faut compter encore 3 Bol (0,3 A) pour le taxi jusque-là. Plus simple, on vous conseille la navette de l'hostal Charcas qui part à 8 h devant leur porte. Retour à 14 h 30, ce qui vous laisse 3 h sur place. Coût : 20 Bol (2 A) l'aller-retour.
Pour cette occasion, les Indiens Yampara arrivent des environs par camions entiers ou à pied. On les repère à leurs chapeaux différents suivant les villages et surtout à leurs superbes habits rouge et orange, ou violet et noir. D'ailleurs, certains portent le montera en cuir qui rappelle étrangement les casques en fer portés par les conquistadores espagnols. Si vous voulez en acheter un, veillez à ce qu'il n'ait aucune odeur (signe de mauvais tannage) car, une fois de retour chez vous, celle-ci se révélerait insupportable. Très jolies pièces de tissus brodés aux couleurs magnifiques.
L'endroit est vivant et coloré. Ne pas manquer le marché central avec ses fruits et légumes à gogo... Beaucoup de touristes, mais les Indiens sont encore pour quelque temps plus nombreux. En outre, l'animation ne se limite pas au carré marchand proprement dit. Elle s'étend dans toutes les rues adjacentes et surtout à l'autre marché qui se trouve à l'opposé de l'église. Et s'il vous reste du temps, baladez-vous dans la campagne autour du village.
â Possibilité de randonnées au départ de Tarabuco, notamment vers le village de tisserandes de Candelaria (26 km), les canyons d'Icla (à 13 km de Candelaria, fossiles), le village d'Uyuni (non, ce n'est pas le Salar mais un homonyme) où l'on trouve des peintures rupestres pour arriver aux vallées au climat tempéré entourant Soroma. À Taigata, un peu avant Soroma, belle région de vignobles avec des orangers et des plantations de cacahuètes. Contacter les jeunes de l'office de tourisme ou les agences plus spécialisées. Hébergement chez l'habitant, confort sommaire.
Coutumes et savoir-vivre
Un certain savoir-vivre est utile. Voici quelques principes : dans les temples abritant la statue de Bouddha, il faut enlever ses chaussures et, lorsqu’on s’assied, s’arranger pour ne pas mettre ses pieds face à Bouddha : le contraire est sacrilège. Rien à craindre pour ses petits petons, le ménage est fait. Ensuite, il faut s’y présenter en tenue décente. Laissez donc momentanément à l’hôtel vos bermudas à fruits et autres shorts mini et débardeurs sans manches. À l’adresse des routardes : n’occupez pas les sièges du fond dans les bus. Ils sont généralement réservés aux moines qui sont tenus d’éviter tout contact physique avec les femmes. En règle générale, si une femme veut offrir quelque chose à un moine, elle doit d’abord le donner à un homme qui le lui remettra. Toutes les images ou sculptures de Bouddha, petites ou grandes, même abîmées ou en ruine, sont des objets sacrés.
Au niveau des coutumes, il y en a quelques-unes à respecter et qui ne sont vraiment pas contraignantes. En général, les Thaïlandais ne se serrent pas la main. Le salut traditionnel est le wai, c’est-à-dire les deux mains jointes, comme pour prier… encore que son utilisation, soumise à des règles bien précises, soit hasardeuse. Très souvent, le wai traduit l’expression d’une inégalité. C’est toujours à l’inférieur (ou au plus jeune) que revient l’initiative du geste et la réponse se limite souvent à un léger sourire. Pas d’impair, ne « waiez » jamais un enfant, ni même une femme de chambre, vous la verriez gênée. En somme, utilisez de préférence votre sourire, c’est facile et — les Thaïs en sont la preuve — ça rend beau.
Attendez-vous à être appelé plutôt par votre prénom. C’est l’usage ici, généralement précédé de khun (M., Mme ou Mlle).
On ne doit jamais toucher la tête de quelqu’un, car c’est le siège de son âme, et ce geste peut être considéré comme du mépris envers cette personne. Ça va faire rire certains, mais on connaît un routard qui a fait un mois de prison pour avoir tiré les nattes d’une Thaïlandaise. Le pied étant la partie la moins noble du corps, il faut éviter de montrer quelqu’un du pied, c’est très irrespectueux. En public, abstenez-vous donc de croiser les jambes, vous éviterez les malentendus. Au restaurant, on ne partage pas l’addition. La règle est simple : c’est celui qui invite qui paie pour toute la table. Si aucune invitation n’a été faite, c’est au supérieur de se dévouer (aucune exception cette fois, l’égalité n’existe pas en Thaïlande !). À table, on mange habituellement avec fourchettes et cuillères (jamais de couteau). La fourchette sert à pousser les aliments dans la cuillère, n’allez surtout pas mettre la fourchette à la bouche… Et si vous êtes enrhumés, attendez pour vous moucher que tout le monde ait fini de manger.

Tarabuco
Dit dorp ligt 60 km van Sucre. Het is in heel Bolivia beroemd om zijn zondagse markt. Je bent ongeveer anderhalf uur onderweg, de baan is geasfalteerd. Je kunt Tarabuco bereiken met een ‘toeristenbus’, die je aan je hotel komt ophalen, of met een taxi (250 BOB of € 25) of bus (10 BOB of € 1) die om 6.30 u aan de Avenida de las Americas vertrekt van zodra hij vol is. De taxi tot daar kost nog eens 3 BOB (€ 0,30). Veel eenvoudiger is de pendeldienst van Hostal Charcas, die om 8.00 u voor hun deur vertrekt. Je keert terug om 14.30 u, zo ben je 3 u op de markt. Een retourkaartje kost 20 BOB (€ 2).
De Yamparaez die in de wijde omgeving wonen, komen met volle vrachtwagens of te voet naar deze markt afgezakt. Je herkent ze aan hun hoeden, die van dorp tot dorp verschillen, en vooral aan hun magnifieke rood-oranje of paars-zwarte kleding. Op hun hoofd dragen sommigen trouwens een montera of hoed, die verdacht veel op een helm van de conquistadores lijkt. Als je er zelf een wilt kopen, moet je er op letten dat hij niet ruikt, anders is hij slecht gelooid. Later in Europa wordt die geur namelijk ondraaglijk. Ook het prachtige borduurwerk met schitterende tinten is interessant.
De markt is levendig en kleurrijk. Ga zeker naar de centrale markt (een markt in de markt!) met groente en fruit in overvloed. Er lopen veel toeristen rond, maar de indianen zijn voorlopig nog in de meerderheid. Er is trouwens niet alleen op de markt zelf iets te beleven. Ook in de aanpalende straten en vooral op de andere markt tegenover de dorpskerk bruist het. Als je na een bezoek aan de markt nog tijd voor een wandeling hebt, kun je de buitenkant van de stad vanaf het platteland bewonderen.
-- Je kunt ook trektochten maken vanuit Tarabuco, naar het weversdorpje Candelaria (26 km), de canyons van Icla (13 km van Candelaria, fossielen), het dorp Uyuni (niet de Salar, maar gewoon dezelfde naam) met rotsschilderingen, om uiteindelijk in de valleien met gematigd klimaat van Soroma aan te komen. Iets voor Soroma ligt Taigama, een mooie wijnstreek met sinaasappelbomen en pindaplantages. Neem contact op met de jongeren van de toeristische dienst of met gespecialiseerde agentschappen. Je overnacht bij de plaatselijke bewoners, beperkt comfort.
Tradities en savoir-vivre
In Thailand kan je niet buiten een zeker savoir-vivre. We zetten enkele principes op een rijtje. Let er in de tempels van Boeddha op dat je je schoenen uittrekt. Je gaat zitten met je voeten weg van Boeddha. Het is heiligschennis als je dit niet doet. Maar geen probleem, een verwittigd man is er twee waard. Draag gepaste kleding. Je laat je gebloemde bermuda’s, korte shorts en T-shirts zonder mouwen best in het hotel. Vrouwelijke trotters, ga niet achteraan in de bus zitten. Deze plaatsen zijn meestal voorbehouden voor monniken, die elk lichamelijk contact met vrouwen moeten vermijden. Als je toch iets wilt aanbieden aan een monnik, geef het dan eerst aan een man. Die geeft het dan door aan de monnik. Alle beelden van Boeddha, klein of groot, zijn heilige voorwerpen, zelfs al zijn ze beschadigd of volledig kapot.
Er zijn ook enkele tradities die je zeker moet respecteren. Je zult zien, het is echt niet moeilijk.
Thai schudden geen hand. De traditionele groet is de wai. Je houdt je beide handen tegen elkaar, zoals voor het gebed... Het gebruik van de wai is aan heel precieze, zelfs strenge regels gebonden. De wai drukt heel vaak een ongelijkheid uit. Het is altijd de mindere (of de jongste) die het initiatief moet nemen. Het antwoord is dikwijls maar een flauw glimlachje. Sla geen flater, ‘wai’ nooit naar een kind, zelfs niet naar een kamermeisje. Zo breng je hen in verlegenheid. Je gebruikt best je glimlach. Heel eenvoudig! Thailand staat niet voor niets bekend als het land van de glimlach.
De Thai zullen je eerder met je voornaam aanspreken. Dit is hier de gewoonte. Heel dikwijls zetten ze er nog khun (meneer, mevrouw of juffrouw) voor.
Je raakt nooit het hoofd van iemand aan, want daar woont de ziel. De Thai kunnen dit opvatten als minachting voor die persoon. Je zult er misschien om lachen, maar er is een verhaal bekend van een trotter die een maand in de cel gezeten heeft, omdat hij aan de vlechten van een Thaise vrouw getrokken had.
De voet is het minst edele deel van het lichaam. Het is zeer oneerbiedig om je voeten aan iemand te tonen. Kruis in het openbaar nooit de benen. Zo vermijd je misverstanden.
Je deelt de rekening op restaurant niet. Het is heel eenvoudig: degene die uitnodigt, betaalt. Anders betaalt de meerdere (geen uitzondering dit keer, gelijkheid bestaat niet in Thailand!). Je eet met lepel en vork (geen mes). Gebruik de vork om het eten op de lepel te leggen. Stop zeker nooit de vork in je mond! Ben je verkouden, snuit dan pas je neus als iedereen klaar is met eten.

Außenfassade

In kritischen Bereichen werden Wandschutzelemente aus TRESPA bzw. Eckschienen aus Edelstahl eingebaut.
Sanitär
Die Sanitärinstallation erfolgt grundsätzlich in Unterputzausführung, wobei die Abfluss-
und Regenwasserleitungen aus PE-Rohr, die Trinkwasserleitungen aus Edelstahlrohr
innerhalb von Wandverkleidungen, Wandaufdoppelungen bzw. zwischen den Wandbeplankungen verlegt werden. Die OP-Waschrinnen erhalten Armhebel-Wandmischbatterien. In den Nassräumen werden Sanitärobjekte aus Porzellan in KH-Standardausführung eingebaut. An den Waschbecken sind Wandarmaturen vorgesehen.

Sanitair
De sanitaire installatie wordt in principe achter de bepleistering uitgevoerd, waarbij de afvoer- en regenwaterleidingen uit PE-buizen, de drinkwaterleidingen uit roestvrij stalen buizen binnenin de wandbekleding, spouwmuren respectievelijk tussen de wandbeplankingen geïnstalleerd worden. De OK-wasbekkens bevatten mengkranen in de muur, met armhendels te bedienen. In de vochtige ruimtes worden sanitaire objecten uit porselein in ZH-standaarduitvoering ingebouwd. Aan de wasbekkens worden wandkranen voorzien.

1.1 In these Conditions:
"Business Day" any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or a public or bank holiday in England

- The 'will' here in English is not actually future tense (it is future in construction and in the sense, of course, but it's not . . . it is sort of a general reference to what the doctor calls something . . . which would be rendered in the present tense in Dutch - you picked up on this, where very few Dutch translators would. So good job with the stylistic changes.
