El Contratista ha elaborado su estrategia de trabajo a ser desarrollada durante la etapa de construcción del proyecto con los requerimientos de calidad, costos y plazo de ejecución que la obra demanda, según la modalidad de contratación descrita en el Expediente de Licitación.
Esta metodología demuestra la importancia y responsabilidad con que el Contratista abordará los trabajos de construcción. Aquí se detallan las normativas o técnicas que se emplearán para ejecutar el proyecto, en cuanto al procedimiento constructivo, control de calidad de las obras y medición de cantidades de obras.
La estrategia de trabajo esta basada en los alcances del proyecto definidos en el Expediente Licitación, sin limitarnos únicamente a ellos, para esto el Contratista propone realizar las obras conforme a tres aspectos fundamentales.
- Construir conforme los más avanzados sistemas técnicos de ingeniería relacionados directamente con el proyecto;
- Realizar el proyecto dentro del plazo, costos y especificaciones técnicas determinadas en el Expediente de Licitación.
- Ejecutar las labores propias de Construcción de la obra apegado a los más estrictos estándares de calidad.

The Contractor has prepared his working strategy to be developed during the construction stage of the Project with quality, costs requirements and the execution term demanded by the works and pursuant to the contracting modality described in the Bid Document.
This methodology shows the importance and responsibility assumed by the Contractor to tackle the construction works. Regulations or techniques regarding construction procedures, works quality control and measuring of works quantity to execute the project are herein detailed.
The working strategy is based on the project scopes defined in the Bid Document, including but not limited to; for that, the Contractor proposes carrying out the works pursuant three essential aspects:
- Constructing pursuant to the most advanced technical systems of engineering directly related to the project;
- Executing the project within the term, costs and technical specifications established in the Bid Document;
