About me
I translate mostly in the fields of Medicine, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutics.

I translate since 1985, but as a freelancer and on a regular basis I started translating since 2006 (soon after becoming a Proz member).

I translated for a quite large number of pharmaceutical companies (either directly, or via translating agencies), including: Amgen, Archimedes Development, Berlin-Chemie, Biogen Idec, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, Galderma, Glaxo, La Jolla Pharmaceuticals, Merck, Mitsubishi Pharma, Novartis, Otsuka, Octapharma, Perceptive Diagnostics, Tayio International, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, et al.

My scope of translating activity can be seen from the following:

2009

More than 100 projects (from 500 to 50,000 words)

Most documents I translated this year relate to conduction of clinical trials (Protocols, Investigator’s brochures, Informed consents, etc) and registration of drugs in Russian Federation (PSURs, Basic Prescribing Information, Clinical and Nonclinical Overviews, Summaries of efficacy and safety, Supporting medical and scientific articles, etc.). Beside them, I translated the Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry leaflets for a biochemical analyzer, the monograph on a food additive, the technical information on antiviral face mask, etc.

2008 About 70 projects done (English-to-Russian)

Clinical trial protocols and amendments, Investigator’s brochures, Informed consents, Periodic Safety Update Reports, Basic Prescribing Information, Supporting medical and scientific articles, Posters for scientific conferences, Patient diaries, etc.
