I am a German native and qualified translator for English and Chinese with the highest possible university degree in Germany (Diplom-Übersetzer). After becoming a publicly appointed and sworn translator, I have been practising on a free-lance basis since 1994.
My main areas in translations DE-EN and EN-DE are business (esp. banking and others) and law (corporate law, business law).
For Chinese documents, I co-operate with my husband, a Chinese native and qualified linguist in German and English to safeguard high quality and four-eye-principle.
We have a network of more than one hundred qualified translators for Chinese to work on large or urgent projects.
I also specialise in language and intercultural training for Business English and Chinese on beginner up to intermediate level.
As I am a member of BDÜ (Germany's largest Translators' Association), you can check my qualifications in their database (www.bdue.de). BDÜ only admits members after proving their university degrees and other data by submitting certified documents. |
