Source text - English Operations Update Refurbishment The first phase of our dramatic new refurbishment has been completed and is receiving rave reviews from owners and guests. The overall nautical theme incorporates bright primary colors. In addition to the normal soft goods refurbishment, we are making other substantial changes such as: The tile in the villas is being replaced with larger, neutral-color tile. The living room sofa is being replaced with a sectional sofa, which will make better use of the room contour and provide additional seating. The troublesome and not-too-private wooden blinds are being replaced with drapes, sheers and blackout drapes. The kitchen counters are being replaced with granite counters and the cabinet doors are being replaced with wood-toned doors. All appliances are being replaced. The living room television is being upgraded to a 32” screen. As a result of the many favorable owner and guest comments and the dramatic impact of the new design, the Board decided to review ways to move up the completion date for refurbishing the entire resort. After much review, the Board settled on an approach that increases the number of villas that will be completed in each phase. This will take the current six phases and reallocate them to five phases, and will complete the refurbishment project one year earlier. The next five buildings will be completed next year as we proceed with this accelerated schedule. Enhancements Completed The 18-hole golf putting practice facility, ABC, was completed and opened in April of this year providing a very nice facility for fine-tuning your short game. Putters and balls are available at the Boathouse facility or you may use your own equipment. Children who are under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to use this facility.

Translation - Spanish Actualización de Operaciones Restauración La primera fase de nuestra nueva restauración dramática ha sido completada y está recibiendo reseñas excepcionales de dueños y huéspedes. El tema náutico incorpora los colores primarios brillantes. Además de la restauración normal de los géneros textiles, estamos realizando otros cambios indispensables por ejemplo: El azulejo en los chalets se está substituyendo por azulejos más grandes y de color neutral. El sofá del living será reemplazado por un sofá seccional, que aprovechará mejor el contorno del sitio y proporcionará un asiento adicional. Las problemáticas, y no tan privadas, persianas de madera se están substituyendo por cortinas, telón fino y cortinas pesadas. Las mesadas en la cocina se están substituyendo por mesadas de granito y las puertas del armario se cambiarán por puertas de madera teñida. Se están reemplazando todos los electrodomésticos. El televisor del salón de espera se reemplazará por uno de pantalla de 32 pulgadas.
