Machine Preparation
Move the machine to a smooth horizontal location. Place the steering control lever in the NEUTRAL position. Engage the parking brake. Lower the attachments to the ground. Stop the engine. Turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the engine. Verify that the implement lockout switch is in the UNLOCKED position. Move the control levers through the full range of travel several times. This will relieve any pressure that may be present in the implement hydraulic system. Make sure that the pressure in the entire hydraulic system has been released.
CHECK THE SOLENOID
Turn the disconnect switch and the key start switch to the ON position. Do not start the engine. Disconnect the solenoid from the machine harness. At the machine harness connector for the solenoid, place a jumper wire from contact 1 (wire R900BU) to contact 2 (wire G801OR). Observe the status of the diagnostic code. The diagnostic code remains active. Then, the diagnostic code changes from FMI 05 to FMI 06 after the jumper wire is installed.
When an area that contains hazardous voltage components must be entered for a service procedure, the Safe Shutdown Procedure for Electric Drive Tractors procedure must be performed before any enclosures that contain hazardous voltage components are opened or before any hazardous voltage connectors are disconnected. Refer to the Troubleshooting - Electrical Maintenance Guidelines section of this manual. Perform the Safe Shutdown Procedure for Electric Drive Tractors procedure before any of the hazardous voltage areas are opened or before hazardous voltage connectors are disconnected.

Ustawić maszynę na równej poziomej nawierzchni. Ustawić dźwignię sterującą w położeniu NEUTRALNYM. Zaciągnąć hamulec postojowy. Opuścić osprzęt na podłoże. Zatrzymać silnik. Przekręcić kluczyk w położenie ON, ale nie uruchamiać silnika. Sprawdzić, czy przełącznik blokady osprzętu jest w pozycji ODBLOKOWANY. Kilkakrotnie poruszyć dźwigniami sterującymi w pełnym zakresie ruchu. Spowoduje to uwolnienie ewentualnego ciśnienia, jakie może znajdować się w układzie hydraulicznym osprzętu. Upewnić się, że ciśnienie w całym układzie hydraulicznym zostało uwolnione.
KONTROLA ZAWORU ELEKTROMAGNETYCZNEGO
Przekręcić wyłącznik i kluczyk w stacyjce w położenie ON. Nie uruchamiać silnika. Odłączyć zawór elektromagnetyczny od wiązki przewodów maszyny. Przy złączu wiązki przewodów dla zaworu elektromagnetycznego w maszynie poprowadzić przewód mostkujący od styku 1 (przewód R900BU) do styku 2 (przewód G801OR). Obserwować stan kodu diagnostycznego.
