1. Händlerprofil
Der *** - Händler hat eine Werkstätte zu unterhalten, die ihm eine ordnungsgemässe Erledigung der aus dem üblichen Geschäftsgang, insbesondere auf Grund des zu erwartenden Absatzes an Motorrädern, zu erwartenden Mängelhaftungs- und Reparaturarbeiten erlaubt.
Der *** - Händler hat einen geeigneten Schauraum einzurichten, der die Präsentation der *** Vertragsware gewährleistet. Insbesondere hat der Schauraum sauber und gut beleuchtet zu sein sowie eine umfänglich angemessene und vollständige Ausstattung mit aktuellem „Point of Sales“ Dekomaterial aufzuweisen.
Der *** - Händler hat sein Geschäftslokal bis zur Vertragsbeendigung mit den von der *** *** käuflich zu erwerbenden Schildern, Beschriftungen, Leuchtreklamen oder ins sonstiger geeigneter Weise an der Aussenseite mit dem jeweils aktuellen und von der *** *** genehmigten *** Logo zu bezeichnen.

The agreement is being signed with the intention and the expectation, that the efforts of the individual authorized dealers, the *** – *** and the activities of the *** – Sport motorcycles PLC will be organized in such a way so as to achieve the highest level of success. The partners will work together in close cooperation, in order to maintain and promote the good name of *** – contract goods through their performance associated with manufacture, sales and distribution, customer service and will try to satisfy the demands of the customers related to the brand name *** in every possible way.
The parties to the agreement have agreed upon the following terms and conditions of sales and delivery:
5. Dealer profile
The *** - Dealer has to maintain a workshop, which allows him proper execution of the expected warranty- and repair works in the usual course of business, in particular on account of the expected sales of motorcycles.
The *** - Dealer has to set up a suitable showroom, which ensures the display of the *** contract goods. In particular, the showroom has to be clean and well lit and has to exhibit comprehensively appropriate and complete endowment with latest "POINT OF Sales" decor material.
The *** - Dealer has to put up signboards, letterings, neon signs acquired by purchase from *** *** or has to display in an otherwise appropriate manner outside his business premises every latest and from *** *** authorized logo, till the completion of the term of agreement.
