ARTICLE 8 – NON-CONCURRENCE
Dans la mesure où Monsieur yyyy a obtenu ou est susceptible d’obtenir à la fois des informations confidentielles et des connaissances particulières relatives au fonctionnement de la Société et compte tenu de son influence au sein de la Société tout au long de l’exécution de son contrat de travail avec la Société, il accepte de ne pas, pendant une période de trois (3) mois à compter de la date de rupture de son contrat de travail, directement ou indirectement, soit pour votre propre compte, soit conjointement, soit pour quelque autre personne, firme ou société :
a) Effectuer une quelconque transaction se rapportant à la souscription des risques souscrits par tout syndicat ou société d’assurance dirigée par la Société ou appartenant à la Société ou à la société holding, ou par toute autre branche du groupe, et à laquelle Monsieur yyyy a participé ou a effectué des transactions s’y rapportant, à quelque moment que ce soit durant les douze (12) mois précédant la date de rupture de son contrat de travail.
b) Démarcher, solliciter ou faire des propositions relatives à la souscription des risques souscrits par tout syndicat ou compagnie d’assurance dirigée par la Société ou appartenant à la Société ou à la société holding, à un courtier, un client ou un assuré d’un tel syndicat ou une telle compagnie d’assurance avec lesquels Monsieur yyyy a été en relation à quelque moment que ce soit au cours des douze (12) mois précédant la date de rupture de contrat.

ARTICLE 8 – NON-COMPETITION
As Mr. yyyy has or can access confidential data and certain information related to the Company’s activities and given the influence that he can have within the Company in course of his contract with the Company, he must not pursue neither directly nor indirectly the following points for a period of three (3) months from the end date of the contract. This restriction withstands whether it is for his own use or for a third party (individual, firm or company) or for their combined use:
a) Make a policy related transaction to an insurance company either run or owned by the Company itself or its holding company, or any other branch or part of the group, if Mr. yyyy has been part of or has made any transaction to the insurance company and/or it’s owner(s) during last twelve (12) months of the contract.
b) Canvass, request or propose a policy offered by an insurance company either run or owned by the Company itself or its holding company, broker, a client or an insured party of the insurance company, if Mr. yyyy has worked with the insurance company and/or it’s owner(s) during last twelve (12) months of the contract.

J'ai travaillé en tant que Assistant Manager Ops français chez IBM ainsi que traducteur Français <> Anglais à l’ambassade de la Republique d’Algérie en Inde. Je travaille actuellement chez Capgemini India en tant que traducteur Français <> Anglais.
