Source text - Persian (Farsi) پس از خروج احمد شاه قاجار از کشور ، نمایندگان مجلس پنجم شورای ملی در روز ۹ آبان ۱۳۰۴ خورشیدی ماده واحده‌ای را تصویب کردند که به موجب آن احمد شاه از سلطنت خلع شد و حکومت موقت به " شخص آقای رضاخان پهلوی" سپرده شد و "تعیین تکلیف حکومت قطعی" به مجلس مؤسسان واگذار شد. سپس با تشکیل مجلس موسسان، در ۲۱ آذر ۱۳۰۴، سلطنت ایران به "اعلیحضرت رضا پهلوی" واگذار شد. در بیست و چهارم آذرماه سال ۱۳۰۴ خورشیدی، رضاشاه پهلوی در مجلس شورای ملی حاضر شد و با ادای سوگند به قرآن رسماً به عنوان سردودمان پهلوی وظایف سلطنت را به عهده گرفت. مراسم تاج‌گذاری رضاشاه در ۴ اردیبهشت ۱۳۰۵ انجام شد.
هنگامی که رضا شاه پهلوی بر مسند سلطنت نشست، جهان در میانه دو جنگ جهانی نفسی می‌کشید. رضاشاه پهلوی، برنامه گسترده‌ای را برای سامان اداری و اقتصادی کشور به دست گرفت. ایران فاقد نظام اداری، ارتش منسجم، راه، نظام بانکی و اقتصادی مدرن بود و شیوه ملوک الطوایفی جایی برای قدرت مرکزی نگذاشته بود.
Translation - English After exiling Ahmad Shah Qajar from the country, the fifth Parliament National Council ratified an article on the 9th of Aban 1304 of the solar calendar [October 31, 1925] that deposed Ahmad Shah from the kingship, and the provisional government was hand over to Mr. Reza Khan Pahlavi; and a set of certain government obligations was handed over to the Constituent Assembly. Then on the 21st of Azar 1304 [December 12, 1925], with the [decision of the] Constituent Assembly, the kingship of Iran was handed over to Ala Hazrat Reza Pahlavi. On the twenty-fourth of Azar 1304 of the solar calendar [December 15, 1925], Reza Shah Pahlavi appeared in the National Assembly and swearing on the Quran, [he] officially took over the duties of the monarchy [known] as the Pahlavi Dynasty. Reza Shah's coronation ceremony was on the 4th of Ordibehesht in 1305 [April 25, 1926].

Source text - Dari گرداننده: افغانستان یک کشور کوهستانی است. برف باری های سنگین همه ساله باعث مسدود گردیدن راه های مواصلاتی در شماری از ولایات و ایجاد مشکلات متعدد برای مردم می گردد. مسدود بودن راه ها نه تنها دسترسی مردم را به مراکز صحی محدود می سازد، بلکه انتقال مواد خوراکی و سوخت را نیز مشکل می سازد، که ادامه چنین حالت حتی سبب فاجعه بشری نیز می گردد. مسوولین اداره ملی مبارزه با حوادث می گویند که مسدود بودن راه های مواصلاتی در سال گذشته مانع کوشش های این اداره در ارسال کمک های بشری به موقع به شماری از محلات گردید. محمد حسن صدیقی رییس پلان این اداره می گوید
محمد حسن صدیقی: "در واقع میزان آسیب پذیری از نقطه نظر بندش راه ها در افغانستان با وضعیت موجودی سرک های مواصلاتی که در افغانستان وجود دارد خیلی نگران کننده وخیلی دارای مشکل اساسی است. به همین خاطر، سال گذشته نسبت بعضی مشکلات بودجوی و نسبت بعضی مشکلات کمبود منابع به شکل گسترده و درست اش تحقق نپذیرفت. ما امسال در زمستان آینده نگرانی های بیشتر زیادی داریم، از سکتورهای مربوط به وزارت محترم انکشاف، وزارت محترم فواید عامه قبل از فرارسیدن زمستان یک سلسله اقدامات مؤثر و پیشگیرانه را اتخاذ بکنیم."
Translation - English [Host]: Afghanistan is a mountainous country. Heavy snow annually blocks transportation roads to some provinces and causes multiple problems for people. Blocked roads not only limit people’s access to medical facilities, but also cause difficulties in the transportation of food supplies and fuel, and if this condition continues, it would even cause a humanitarian catastrophe. Officials of the Disaster Management Office say that blockage of the transportation roads last year prevented this office’s efforts of sending out its humanitarian aid in time to many areas. Mohammed Hasan Sidiqui Director of Planning of this administration says:
Hasan Sidiqui: In reality, the amount of vulnerabilities that exist due to road closures in Afghanistan, with the current condition of the transportation roads in Afghanistan, are very worrisome and have fundamental problems. Therefore, last year, due to some budget issues and because of the lack of resources, it was not addressed on a large scale [the problems]. This year, in the upcoming winter, we will have many more concerns, [which are] from sectors under the respected Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Public Services; we need to take some preemptive and proactive actions before the arrival of winter.

Source text - English Adolescence' is the French word derived, from 'adolescere', which means growing up. It is the age group of 10 to 19 years. Since every individual is different and develops in his/her unique way, it is difficult to fix a particular age group. The bridge between the childhood and the adulthood is adolescence. The beginning of adolescence is known as 'puberty.' It is marked by menarche (first menstruation) in girls, which generally occurs between the age of 11 and 13 years; and by first nocturnal emission (wet dream) in boys, which generally occurs between the age of 12 and 14 years. The period of growing up is of about 4 years. Girls become mature at an early age than boys. There are physical as well as psychological changes. The physical changes precede psychological changes.
Translation - Dari "ادولسنس" (دوران نوباوگی یا بلوغ) از لغت "ادولسه" زبان فرانسه گرفته شده به معنای رشد کردن. گروه سنی بین 10 تا 19 را در بر می گیرد، ولی بدلیل اینکه هر فردی به طریق منحصر بخود رشد می کند، مشکل است که آن را به یک گروه سنی مشخصی محدود کرد. ادولسنس پل بین دوران کودکی و بلوغ کامل میباشد. شروع دوران نوجوانی به "پیوبرتی" یا بلوغ شناخته شده و علامت آن قاعدگی (اولین خونریزی) در دختران که معمولاً بین سنین 11 و 13 رخ می دهد، می باشد؛ و در پسران با دفع منی شبانه (رویای خیس) که معمولاً بین سنین 12 و 14 رخ میدهد، نمایان می شود. دوران بلوغ حدوداً چهار سال به طول می انجامد. دختران زودتر از پسران بالغ می شوند. این دوره تغییرات جسمانی و روحی بهمراه دارد. تغییرات جسمانی بر تغییرات روحی مقدم می باشند.
