How does innocence affect goal setting and decision making?
Innocence is a determination of your perspective on a topic. Your perspective in looking at a situation often determines the outcome you choose. If you're an expert on the topic, you may choose a path that has been tested and proven effective. While this may be a perfectly acceptable option, your experience and expertise may cause you to overlook or exclude options that could have an even better result.
For example, suppose that you have been asked to choose a software package for your firm's intranet. You're presented with two choices that would both meet your needs. Training, technical support and all other concerns are equal. The only difference is a moderate price variation. Package A costs approximately £500 more than Package B. However, you have been given approval to spend the additional money if you think it's necessary.
In addition, you have used Package A before, while you have no experience with Package B. From a purely innocent standpoint, it would seem that, all other things being equal, Package B would be a more cost-effective purchase. However, if you're drawing on your own experience and expertise, you may choose Package A. If you make this choice, not only have you spent more of your company's money, but you have also missed the opportunity to expand your personal experiences and knowledge.
Similarly, taking an innocent perspective rather than an expert perspective can increase your creativity when setting goals. An innocent perspective will encourage you to reach beyond the ordinary and mundane and set new and exciting goals. | Translation - Bulgarian
Как наивността влияе на поставянето на цели и вземането на решения?
Наивността представлява перспективата, от която се разглежда даден въпрос. Перспективата, от която се гледа на дадена ситуация, често определя изхода, който избираме. Ако сме експерти по даден въпрос, може да изберем начин на действие, който вече е изпробван и е доказано ефективен. Дори и това да е напълно приемливо решение, опитът и познанията, които имаме, могат да ни накарат да пропуснем или да изключим възможности, които дори биха имали по-добър резултат.
Например, представете си, че трябва да избирате софтуер за интранет мрежата във вашата фирма. Може да избирате между два пакета, които напълно отговарят на вашите нужди. Интерпретацията започва с качествена интерпретация на кривите ВЕС. Построява се и псевдоелектричен разрез. За построяване на разреза по абсцисата се нанасят точките на вертикалното електрическо сондиране със съответните разстояния между тях, а по ординатата разносите АВ/2 със съответните привидни съпротивления и се изчертават изолиниите за равни значения на р пр.
Правата задача в IPI пакета първоначално се е решавала с помощта на линейният филтър на Абрамов (15 коефициента и 7 точки по профила) за схема Шлюмберже. Но в последствие е създадена универсална програма за решаване на правата задача при 9 различни схеми на измерване (Шлюмберже, Венер, различни диполни схеми). Програмата има възможност за визуализация на кривата на привидното електрическо съпротивление в двойно логаритмичен мащаб. Автоматичната минимизация на решението от правата задача и реално измерената крива се осъществява по метода на най-бързата сходимост. В процеса на автоматичен подбор е възможно да се фиксира отделен параметър (съпротивление или дебелина на пласта) и те се приемат за достоверни и не подлежат на изменение. Възможен е ръчен подбор на модел за първо приближение.
Методът ВЕС има редица предимства при изследване на слоисти среди с малък наклон на пластовете, но той не може ефективно да позволи локализацията на единични изоморфни аномални тела (каквито са търсените каверни). Но в случая, за кариерата при ........., чрез метода ВЕС може да се потърси решение за дълбочината на нивото на подземните води в масива.
Едно от големите предимства на програмния продукт е възможността, след като се подредят точките с ВЕС по даден профил, да се генерира файл с данни, съвместими с програмите за 2D интерпретации (електротомография). | Translation - English
Interpretation starts with qualitative interpretation of the VES (Vertical Electrical Sounding) curves. A pseudosection is created. To create the cross-section on the abscissa there are entered the VES points and the respective distance between them, and on the ordinate there are entered the AB/2 spacings with the respective apparent resistivities, and the isolines for equal p пр are drawn.
Initially, the IPI package solved the direct problem of the Schlumberger’s array by means of the linear filter of Abramov (15 factors and 7 points from the profile). Later, there was created universal software for nine different arrays (Schlumberger’s, Wenner’s, different dipole arrays). The software offers visualization of the apparent resistivity curve in double logarithmic scale. The automatic minimization of the direct problem solution and the actually measured curve are done through the method of the fastest fitting. In the process of automatic selection it is possible there to be set a separate parameter (resistivity or thickness of layer) which is considered true and is not a subject of change. A manual selection of model for first approximation is possible.
The VES method has a lot of advantages with studying stratified media with slightly declined layers, but it cannot effectively localize single isomorphic anomalous bodies (such as the researched caverns). But in the case with the .......... quarry there can be sought a solution for the depth of the level of the underground water in the massif through the VES method.
One of the major advantages of the software is the opportunity to generate a file with data compatible with 2D interpretation programs (electrical imaging) after arranging the VES points on a given profile. |
