§2
Pflichten des Auftraggebers
1. Der AG wird dem AN zusammen mit dem Prüfungsauftrag sämtliche hierzu erforderli¬chen Informationen, insbesondere auch die Spezifikation und die anwendbaren Prüfvor¬schriften liefern oder benennen, damit die in Auftrag gegebenen Arbeiten durchgeführt werden können. Dies gilt insbesondere für den Fall, daß für einzelne Produkte spezielle Vorschriften oder Richtlinien zu berücksichtigen sind, die noch nicht allgemein zugäng¬lich sind. Der AG wird in diesem Falle die notwendigen Unterlagen dem AN vor Beginn der Prüfungstätigkeit zum Zwecke der Einarbeitung und Revalidierung zur Verfügung stellen.
2. Der AG wird dem AN auf Anforderung sämtliche Unterlagen zur Verfügung stellen, die für den sicheren Umgang mit den zu bearbeitenden Stoffen notwendig sind.
3. Der AG wird für eine ordnungsgemäße Probenahme, Verpackung und Versand der Prüfmuster Sorge tragen.
4. Auf Anforderung des AN wird der AG weitere Informationen und Unterlagen zur Ver-fügung stellen, wenn dies zur Durchführung des Prüfauftrags unbedingt erforderlich ist.
5. Der AG wird in seinem Hause eine verantwortliche Person bestimmen, die der Ans-prechpartner des AN für alle technischen und wissenschaftlichen Fragen ist (vgl. Anlage

Section 2
Obligations of the Principal
1. In addition to the test order, the Principal shall supply or name all necessary information to the Contractor, especially the specifications and the applicable test requirements so that the work stated in the order can be carried out. 5. The Principal shall designate a responsible person within its company to act as the contact person for the Contractor for all technical and scientific questions (See Attachment 1).
The Principal shall be entitled to name another person at any point in time.

Brustkrebs trifft jede achte bis zehnte Frau im Verlaufe ihres Lebens. Täglich sterben im Durchschnitt vier Frauen daran allein in der Schweiz. Brustkrebs ist damit die häufigste Krebsart bei Frauen. Betroffene haben aber gute Aussichten auf eine erfolgreiche Behandlung, wenn der Tumor frühzeitig erkannt und richtig behandelt wird.
Heute sind etwa 80% aller betroffenen Frauen fünf Jahre nach Entdeckung ihres Brustkrebses am Leben.
Auf Initiative von Evelyn H. Lauder lancierte Estée Lauder Companies vor über 10 Jahren ihre Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign in den USA. Der Oktober gilt seither international als Informationsmonat zum Thema Brustkrebs. Die rosa Schlaufe ist das Symbol des Engagements gegen Brustkrebs und für die Solidarität mit den Betroffenen.
Dies hat Fabienne Marchand und das Team fm/Projects vor 3 Jahren dazu bewogen, in Europa selber eine Kampagne ins Leben zu rufen um im Kampf gegen den Brustkrebs einen Beitrag zu leisten. Mit der nicht profitorientierten `Schal-Kampagne` soll eine möglichst große Aufmerksamkeit in der Öffentlichkeit für das Thema erreicht werden.
Die Idee: Prominente Persönlichkeiten werden in einem rosa Schal von Kathleen Madden fotografiert. Dieser Schal symbolisiert die rosa Schlaufe, trägt die Botschaft damit in die Welt hinaus und soll Brustkrebs für möglichst viele Menschen sichtbar machen. Die Teilnehmerinnen tragen Jeans von Jette Joop.
Der Zürcher Fotograf Giorgio Balmelli fotografiert zum dritten Mal in Serie die Kampagne.
Die Klinik Pyramide am See in Zürich konnte als Sponsor und Gastgeber gewonnen werden. Sie unterstützt die Brustkrebs-Kampagne, weil sie damit zur Aufklärung und Information beitragen will. Wenn wir von Brustkrebs sprechen, dann dürfen wir nicht nur an Mammographien und andere Vorsorge-Maßnahmen denken. Wir müssen auch aufzeigen, welche Möglichkeiten und Chancen die heutigen interdisziplinären Behandlungsmethoden und die onko-plastische Chirurgie bieten. Es geht um Gesundheit, um körperliche Integrität und um Lebensqualität. Novartis Onkologie Schweiz unterstützt das Projekt außerdem mit einem 'unrestricted grant'.
Der Erlös aus dem Verkauf der Schals kommt direkt zwei Organisationen zugute, die Wertvolles leisten für Frauen mit Brustkrebs: Der Stiftung International Breast Cancer Study Group IBCSG und dem www.patientenforum.ch. Und zwar im Sinne von Forschung nach besseren Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei gleichzeitig möglichst hoher Lebensqualität und im Sinne von Unterstützung der Betroffenen bei der Bewältigung der Erkrankung.

One out of every 8-10 women is affected by breast cancer during her lifetime. In Switzerland alone, an average of four women die of breast cancer everyday. Breast cancer is the most frequent form of cancer in women. Those whose cancer is recognized early and treated properly can look forward to a healthy life and successful treatment.
Approximately 80% of all affected women are still living five years after the discovery of their breast cancer.
Inspired by Evelyn H. Lauder, Estée Lauder Companies launched their Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign in the USA over ten years ago.
This motivated Fabienne Marchand and the Team of fm/Project to form their own campaign three years ago in Europe to fight breast cancer. The non-profit oriented 'Scarf Campaign' is aimed at bringing the most extensive public attention possible to the topic of breast cancer.
The idea: Prominent personalities are photographed in a pink scarf by Kathleen Madden. This scarf symbolizes the pink bow, carries the message to the world and is aimed at making breast cancer visible to as many people as possible. The participants photographed are wearing jeans by Jette Joop.
Zurich photographer Giorgio Balmelli is photographing the third series of the campaign.
The Pyramid Clinic at the Lake in Zurich is now a sponsor and host. They provide support for the Breast Cancer Campaign because they want to contribute information and provide education about breast cancer. When we discuss breast cancer, we should not just think about mammograms and other preventative measures. We must also make people aware of the many possibilities offered by today's interdisciplinary treatment methods and oncoplastic surgery.
