ARTICLE 21 - (1) Sigorta şirketleri ile reasürans şirketleri, yeterli sayıda aktüerle çalışmak zorundadır. Müsteşarlık tarafından aktüerlerin kaydedildiği bir Aktüerler Sicili tutulur. Sicile kaydolunmadan aktüerlik yapılamaz. Aktüerlik unvanının kazanılması ile aktüerlerin görev ve yetkilerine ilişkin usul ve esaslar yönetmelikle belirlenir.

ARTICLE 21 - (1) Insurance companies along with reassurance companies need to work with an adequate number of actuaries. An Actuary Registry in which the actuaries are recorded is kept by the undersecretariat. Actuarial duties cannot be performed without being recorded in the registry first. The procedures and fundamentals regarding the authority and the duties gained with the actuary title are determined by the regulation.

Gizli Bilginin yapılan işlemler ve faaliyetlerle ilgili bulunması yeterli olup XXX’in ya da personelinin bunları öğrenme biçimi önemli değildir.MÜŞTERİ’nin ve XXX’in işbu maddeye ilişkin ortak amaçları, kendi iş faaliyetlerini yürütürken, Gizli Bilginin de uygun şekilde korunmasını sağlamaktır
