A Spanish bull statue greets guests at the latest restaurant of Sean Connolly (left). It gives the impression that you can expect pure tapas, and certainly you can sit at the bar and enjoy jamón and a glass of Estrella. But there’s also the option of taking a seat in the restaurant and poring over an extensive menu that crosses Europe.
