Personal and professional Background:
I am a German translator, born and educated in Germany. I am specializing in the above mentioned technical fields, in general medical translations focusing on diabetes and psychotherapy. I teach German language classes at two local colleges and with private groups.
I have a master’s degree in Educational Science, (Diplom-Pädagogin) with concentration in Psychology and Sociology. During my first career in Germany, I worked with children and adults of all ages, mainly clients with mental health problems. I did counseling, therapies, psychological testing and evaluation, and wrote many reports.
I have basic knowledge in French and Italian.
