* Ensure the Personnel Policies are maintained up to date and fully implemented with all changes to the Labor Laws and other Employment and Company’s Regulations.
* Assure sanitation of the Factory and offices and waste/garbage disposal at all times.

* Preparation of MODA CLEARANCE of about 72 sub-contractors and their employees (about 4000 multinational staff) supposed to work in the project, issue and renew IDs of the employees and vehicles to Job site, maintain timesheets and attendance record of administration staff and settle all their administration affairs and problems in co-ordination with the Head Office of the Company.
* Translation of all lists of materials, plants and equipment used in the project, filling in the Check-In / Check-Out Forms, assuring the correct Material Submittal Numbers of the materials to be used in the project on permanent basis in co-ordination with the Project Managers belonging to these companies working in the project.
* Co-ordinate with the Head Office of the Company to finalize all dealings related to the employees working in Jubail, such as renewal of Passports, Iqamas, GOSI, industrial injuries, traffic and police.

* When Consultancy Contract of Al-Nawa Technical Services Company expired in KAAP, Dammam on 16.03.1995, the Port Management selected some of Consultancy Staff actually needed. The Port Management transferred their sponsorships to the Port. I was one of them.
* Since that time and for about eight months, I was alone, undertaking the translations in the office of H.E. Director General of Dammam Port, in addition to the other department; you can imagine the big burdens I was affording because I was the only Translator working in the whole Port, co-ordinating with multinational marine advisors, harbor masters and marine engineers. My working hours start from 7am to 6pm, and often up to 10pm.
