Source text - English Dear Parents and Guardians: Recently a member of the XXXX Middle and High School community was diagnosed with suspected Tuberculosis (TB). In an effort to help our families better understand what this means, we are passing along information provided by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, with whom we are working to help deal with this situation. TB is a curable and preventable disease. The possibility of spreading TB infection is low; therefore it is recommended that only those students and staff who may have had close contact with this person be tested (please see http://www.mass.gov/dph/cdc/tb/index.htm for more information). I`m a native Brazilian. I was formerly a certified public school teacher in Minas Gerais, Brasil, and have teaching experience in the 1st through 8th grades in Brazil, where I taught mathematics, Portuguese, history, religion, geography and other subjects. I studied for a B.S. in Geography, and have experience working in as a secretary in a law firm and an accounting firm.
I have been residing in the United States since the year 2000.

The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
