Nearly 15 years ago, XXX became one of the first companies in the world to implement the certification of organic bananas. With the experience obtained from this process, we took a further step ahead and focused on other certifications involving quality, food safety, hygiene, environment, and social standards.
To develop, implement, and control these certifications, we created our own internal control department that consists of highly motivated and knowledgeable personnel. This team of professionals has superb training in all certification matters as well as all stages of banana production, including growing, harvesting, processing, packing, quality control, and transportation.
Having established our Code of Practice and ensuring regular inspections of our farms, the team ensures the stringent requirements of different certifications are fulfilled. As a result, all products are sourced from farms that are certified by internationally accredited certification bodies. In addition, through the application of the latest technology combined with continuous training and schooling for our staff, we have achieved a very high level of productivity and efficiency in our daily business.

of cape, leaving an opening at point large enough for
inserting loop end of tassel. Trim corner. Press.
Using pattern envelope as a guide, apply rhinestones to front
and back of cape for View B. Keep rhinestones away from
seam lines. If you prefer, leave area that will be under collar
free.
3. Insert loop end of tassel through opening at center back
point. Tack loop to seam allowances.
FOR VIEWS A, B-
4. Cut five pieces of boning, each the length of solid lines on the
collar pattern tissue.
For each end, push end of boning out of casing and trim 3/4"
(2cm) from boning, curving ends, as shown.
5. With fusible side face down, pin two interfacing sections
together, having raw edges even.
Pin each corresponding piece of boning over center of each
solid line, having raw edges even. Using a zipper foot, stitch
casings close to long edges. Baste ends of casings along
seam lines, being careful not to catch in boning.
6. For facing, pin prepared interfacing to WRONG side of one
collar section. Cut diagonally across corners that will be
enclosed with seams. Fuse, following manufacturer’s
directions.
7. Pin interfacing to WRONG side of collar. Cut diagonally
across corners that will be enclosed with seams. Fuse in
place.
Using pattern envelope as a guide, apply rhinestones to
collar for View B. Keep rhinestones away from seam lines. If
you prefer, leave area that will be behind head free when
collar is worn up.
With RIGHT sides together, stitch collar to facing, leaving
notched edge open. Trim corners and seams.
8. Turn collar RIGHT side out; press. Baste raw edges together.
Clip neck edge of garment to stay-stitching.
On OUTSIDE, pin collar (facing side) to neck edge, matching
large dots and centers, placing small dots at shoulder seams.
Baste.

4. Fünf Stück Korsettstäbe zuschneiden, je in der Länge der durchgehenden Linien auf dem Kragenteil des Seidenpapiers.
An jedem Ende den Korsettstab aus dem Tunnel schieben und 2 cm des Korsettstabs abschneiden, dabei die Enden umbiegen, (siehe Abb.).
5. Zwei Bügeleinlagenteile mit der haftenden Seite nach unten zusammenstecken, und unversäuberte Kanten begradigen.
Die entsprechenden Korsettstäbe auf die Mitte der durchgehenden Linie stecken, unversäuberte Kanten begradigen. Die Tunneldurchzüge an den Längskanten schmal mit einem Reißverschlussfuß steppen.
Die Enden der Tunneldurchzüge an den Nahtlinien heften, ohne die Korsettstäbe mitzufassen.
6. Für den Besatz die vorbereitete Bügeleinlage auf die LINKE Seite eines Kragenteils stecken.
Die Ecken, die mit einer Naht geschlossen werden, schräg zuschneiden.
Laut Anweisungen des Herstellers aufbügeln.

(1) Der Berater wird den ihm oben erteilten Auftrag nach den Grundsätzen pflichtgemäßer Berufsausübung ausführen. Allein der erteilte Auftrag ist maßgebend für den Umfang der vom Berater zu erbringenden Leistungen. Er ist nach Maßgabe der Gesetze verpflichtet, über alle Angelegenheiten des Mandanten, die ihm bei oder anlässlich der Erledigung seines Auftrages zur Kenntnis gelangen, Stillschweigen zu bewahren, es sei denn, dass ihn der Mandant schriftlich von dieser Verpflichtung entbindet. Diese Verschwiegenheitspflicht des Beraters besteht auch nach Beendigung des Vertragsverhältnisses fort.
(2) Die Verschwiegenheitspflicht besteht nicht, soweit die Offenlegung zur Wahrung berechtigter Interessen des Beraters oder seiner Mitarbeiter erforderlich ist. Der Berater ist beispielsweise insoweit von der Verschwiegenheitspflicht entbunden, als er nach den Versicherungsbedingungen seiner Berufshaftpflichtversicherung zur Information und Mitwirkung verpflichtet ist. Er darf in diesem Zusammenhang auch Unterlagen übergeben. Im Übrigen darf er Dritten Berichte, Gutachten und sonstige schriftliche Äußerungen über die Ergebnisse seiner Tätigkeit nur mit Einwilligung des Mandanten aushändigen.
(3) Die Verpflichtung des Beraters, von seinen gesetzlichen Auskunfts- und Aussageverweigerungsrechten Gebrauch zu machen, bleibt unberührt.
(4) Die Tätigkeiten werden aufgrund der vom Mandanten vorgelegten Unterlagen und Auskünfte ausgeübt. Der Berater wird die vom Auftraggeber genannten Tatsachen, insbesondere Zahlenangaben, als richtig zugrunde legen; auf von ihm festgestellte Unrichtigkeiten wird er hinweisen. Eine Prüfung der Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Ordnungsmäßigkeit der übergebenen Unterlagen und Zahlen, insbesondere der Buchführung und Bilanz, gehört nur zum Auftrag, wenn dies schriftlich vereinbart ist.

(1) The Consultant agrees to fulfill the above-mentioned agreement according to the guiding principles of the professional practices. The commissioned agreement alone shall define the scope of services the Consultant shall provide. In accordance with the law, he agrees to maintain secrecy in all of the Client’s matters, which he encounters while, or as a result of performing the duties of his agreement, unless the Client releases him from this obligation in writing. The Consultant’s non-disclosure requirements shall continue after termination of this Agreement.
(2) Obligation to maintain secrecy does not exist where disclosure is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests of the Consultant or those of his staff. For instance, the Consultant is released from non-closure requirements, inasmuch as he is obligated by the terms and conditions of his professional liability insurance to participate and access information. In this context, he is authorized to hand over documents. Apart from that, he agrees not to disclose to third parties reports, assessments, and other written statements concerning the results of his activities, unless he has obtained the Client’s consent.
(3) The Consultant's obligation to make use of the legal right to information and the right to refuse to give evidence shall remain unaffected.
(4) The activities shall be performed based on supporting documentation and information presented by the Client. The Consultant shall take the Client’s stated facts, particularly numerical data, on the basis of accuracy; he agrees to point out any inaccuracy he may detect. Verifying accuracy, completeness and compliance of presented supporting documents and data, particularly bookkeeping and balance sheet, shall only be included in the agreement, if agreed upon in writing.
